Location and close to the beach and transport. I would recommend- great value and massive size room.
Pros:

The location was fantastic! It was hard to find at night in the rain, arriving by Uber. It’s one of a few brands using the building. Reception is in the 6th floor. On the first floor there are a few restaurants- recommended the 666 burgers.
The rooms were massive with a large bath, enclosed laundry room with washing machine and drying rack.
Bed and couch super comfortable- Wifi super fast!
Having the kitchen was great- the view of the beach fantastic day and night and a super easy walk to see the beach and sights. We were on level 24 with fabulous views of the beach and lights. The curtains made the room very dark even during the day which made sleeping easier

Cons:

The elevators are extremely slow but we had read those reviews.
The kitchen was great but there were no cooking pans in the apartment.

The location was perfect, right behind the main street of Haeundae. There were also many food choices in the area and the subway entrance is right by the main door.

Cons:

The room would get a little dark at night but in the day there were plenty of windows so there was ample sunlight. The lift might also take some time to come as there are many people in the building.

좋았고 위치가 너무 좋았어요~

Pros:

Great location from metro station. Nearby the Traditional market and within walkong distant to the beach. Amenities and my favourite washing machine was a plus point. The overall room was well maintained except some drawer/cupboard door were either creaky or slightly out of alignment. A pretty safe place for solo female traveller.

1LDKの豪華な部屋。眺望最高。立地は駅前で便利。お値段お手頃。

Zentrale Lage in Haeundae
Pros:

Unterkunft an exzellenter Lage im Zentrum von Haeundae.
Zimmer sind ok - nichts Spezielles, aber Betten sind ok und Aircondionning funktioniert.
Sehr praktisch war es, eine Waschmaschine im Zimmer zu haben.

Cons:

Lift leidet am Morgen unter lange Schlangen.

Good location, slow lifts
Pros:

Good location, right near the metro and easy walk to restaurants and beach . Bathroom was great. Spacious apartment.

Cons:

No glasses in kitchen. Had to drink from plastic cups or coffee cups. There were 4 lifts for this high rise building and they were always slow and crowded.
