Gutes Stop-Over Hotel
Pros:

Sauberes, neues Hotel, nicht weit zur Innenstadt gelegen

Cons:

Parken, angeblich ausgebucht, bei der An- und Abfahrt jede Menge freie Plätze, im Edeka Teil war es jedoch problemlos möglich

Sehrlaut vor allem bei geöffneten Fenster, da das Hotel gleich an den Gleisen und Bahnhofsnähe ist

Für Rosenheim Besuch geeignet
Pros:

Wir hatten rechtzeitig vorab per mail um ein Zimmer auf der ruhigeren Seite des Hotels gebeten. Obwohl man an der Reception nichts von der mail wusste, bekamen wir trotzdem ein ruhiges Zimmer. Vielen Dank. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und mit vielfältigen Angebot. Sehr angenehmes Ambiente im Foyer.

Cons:

Den Frühstücksraum empfanden wir etwas klein und eng. Wir hatten bewusst das Frühstück erst an der Rezeption gebucht, allerdings wäre die Buchung mit F bei booking.com deutlich preiswerter gewesen. Diese war allerdings nicht mit kostenfreier Stornierung möglich. Im Fernsehen gab es nur ein dt. Regionalprogramm, nicht mal der Bayerische Rundfunk war zu finden.

Sijainti ok, Aamupala ok. Huone loistava sänky mahtava, samoin tyynyt. Todella puhdasta. Suihku loistava, pyyhkeet laadukkaat. Jääkaappi on.

Cons:

Tullessa vastaanotosdsa tympeä palvelu. Parkkipakka ei käytettävissä vakka tyhjää tilaa runsaaasti. Ylimielinen vastaanottovirkailia. Huonosti selitetty parkki.

Bis auf dem Schrank lief eigentlich alles, wie geplant.

Tolles Personal. Sehr leckeres Frühstück, sehr reichhaltig. Herrvorragender Kaffee.

Cons:

Der Schrank, war eigentlich kein Schrank. Selbst für eine Person alleine gab es so gut wie keine Möglichkeit seine Sachen zu verstauen. Absolutes No Go ...

Als Zwischenstopp perfekt
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal wenn man auf der Durchreise ist

Cons:

Auf der einen Seite fährt die Bahn, andere Seite Straße, daher ist es ganz schön laut, allerdings wollten wir ja so nah wie möglich an der Autobahn wohnen, von daher für eine Nacht völlig okay

Super Hotel mitten in der Stadt, Laufmöglichkeiten in die Mittelstadt, wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder.
Pros:

Am perfekten Platz für unsere Durchreise. Das Beste war der Aufenthaltsraum, wo man gemütlich deinen Abend mit Barmöglichkeiten verbringen kann. Wir haben schon viele Hotels in Rosenheim ausprobiert, dieses war von weitem das Beste, direkte Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, direkte Möglichkeiten in die Mittelstadt zu Fuß laufen und wir werden dieses wieder buchen.
