I truly liked once again the overall experience of the hotel, the staff is always attentive and willing to assist you with a smile, the underground parking with electric vehicle chargers, the room space and distribution, the breakfast is really good with several options that vary slightly daily, the place is always clean and pretty much quiet.
This is not against the hotel itself, maybe a lack of policy enforcement regarding people eating and drinking beers inside the pool, it is a small place and some couples use it as a personal jacuzzi, there have been many kids around throughout our visits, so it is an inappropriate behavior of some guests regarding the use of public spaces.

Es muy accesible y limpio, el desayuno muy bien.
La alberca nunca llegó a estar tibia y los días que fuimos hacia mucho frío, pero estaba soportable.

Las habitaciones
Quisiera compartir un comentario respecto a la atención recibida durante el horario del desayuno. Al momento de sentarme a desayunar, la encargada del restautante se acercó y colocó la comanda sobre la mesa, indicándome que debía presentar mis tickets de desayuno y proporcionar el número de habitación. Entiendo perfectamente que estos datos sean necesarios para llevar el control correspondiente; sin embargo, la manera en que se me comunicó me pareció poco cordial.
Considero que un saludo y una atención un poco más amable habrían hecho una gran diferencia, especialmente porque apenas me había sentado y aún no había comenzado a desayunar. Mi intención al compartir este comentario es únicamente señalar que, además del servicio, la amabilidad y la cordialidad en el trato son aspectos importantes para que el huésped tenga una buena experiencia.
