La camera è spaziosa, dotata di tutti i comfort. Letto e cuscini molto comodi, bagno grande e terrazzino esterno. Personale disponibile e cortese. Buona colazione, dolce e salata.

Poco trasparenti nei pagamenti
Cons:

Il signore alla reception ci ha chiesto se volessimo la colazione (che non era inclusa e non si poteva includere in fase di prenotazione su Booking) e il primo giorno abbiamo accettato. Il secondo giorno invece, visto che si trattava di un buffet deludente e dalla scarsissima qualità, abbiamo preferito fare colazione altrove. Al momento del check out dovevamo pagare la colazione di cui abbiamo usufruito il primo giorno ma abbiamo avuto una spiacevole sorpresa. Il "conto" era già stato chiuso e la colazione potevamo pagarla solo cash senza la possibilità di ricevuta!!! Ho tenuto le mail in cui l'hotel confermava di non poter farmi alcuna ricevuta e ovviamente ho prontamente segnalato il problema a Booking.

Pros:

Posizione ottima, vicina al mare, parcheggio interno, disponibilità del personale, camera pulita e letto comodo. Ho avuto un problema con l'auto e il personale ha fatto tutto il possibile per aiutarmi con una disponibilità e una gentilezza che ho molto apprezzato e che non sempre si ha la fortuna di trovare.
