Pros:

We took full advantage of extended breakfast times. Disabled access bathroom was easy to use and huge. staff were great, lift was always available, public toilets were good

Cons:

It was hard to find a variety of restaurants without travelling dome distance at night, getting to the premium parking with a wheelchair (or suitcases) was hard, would have been much easier if door could be held open (like room doors...). Having to get and retain paper ticket for club access was a nuisance, would be good if room cards could be temporary member cards as well

Pros:

Great location with everything we needed close by. Staff went above and beyond to comfort us in our grief.. The extra little things and just knowing that we were thought of was beautiful.

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn't like, the beds could.be more comfortable.
