Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM 10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM 20 per room, per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia

The room rate on 31st December 2026 is inclusive of the compulsory New Year’s Eve Countdown Party (per room occupancy basis). check in at Room No 1312. The sink in the master bedroom was clogged. Other than this minor issue, all good👍

Very pleasant hotel in a great location
Pros:

The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was superb and bed very comfy. I really liked their interactive app. The location of the hotel is great. Near some really super restaurants and bars

Cons:

The breakfast could have had a little more variety. The restaurant it was served in was quite small next to the size of the hotel

In one sentence I wouldn’t return to this hotel again.
Pros:

The hotel is beautifully built, modern, and well-maintained. The location is excellent, with Cenang Beach and the shopping mall conveniently nearby. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant stay in a great location.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the cleanliness was not up to the expected standard, even after we brought it to the staff’s attention. The hot water also stopped working on several occasions, and the room key cards frequently stopped working, which was inconvenient. The breakfast was another area that could be improved, as the dining area felt very congested and the overall breakfast selection and quality were not particularly impressive.

Breakfast was disappointing. Spread was good but didn't taste great and was honestly a bit chaotic due to the way the stations are managed. Wasn't enjoyable at all.

We had some security issue in the room but we brought it up straightaway to the duty manager.

Exceptional Stay with Great Personal Touches
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay! The facilities were brand new and in excellent condition, and parking was incredibly easy. The entire staff and security team were extraordinary. A special thank you to VJ at the front office for being so helpful and friendly, and for arranging our room extension at a very reasonable price! The hospitality was amazing—we received a lovely complimentary cake for my husband’s birthday in our room and during breakfast. An unexpected highlight was when Chef Navan personally came out to speak with us.

Cons:

The only area for improvement is the check-in process, which took significantly longer than usual. However, the incredible service from the team more than made up for it. Highly recommended
