Important information:

From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or a valid permanent resident MY PR Card are exempted.

Heritage Charges (Caj Warisan) will be changed to RM 10 per room, per day starting 1st January 2025.

For Prestigious Events, a charge of RM 20 per room, per night will apply during Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace (LIMA), Le Tour De Langkawi, Ironman, and Oceanman Malaysia

I didn’t like it at all.
Pros:

No thing

Cons:

The hotel only provides filtered water, not bottled water, and I don't trust filtered water, so I had to buy bottled water for RM25.
There is no beach access as advertised.
The food was disappointing and did not meet our expectations.

Geweldige hotel!
Pros:

Het hotel is mooie ingericht, erg schoon. De zwembad op de dak was fantastisch met uitzicht op de zee. De pers eels waren erg behulpzaam. Top hotel!

Worth the price.
Pros:

The stay was comfortable and nice. Its close to the beach and they also offer free buggie service to the beach. The rooms, staff etc everything was top-notch. Would definitely stay again

Luxury and comfort for both couples and families but wifi needs to be stronger.
Pros:

Location is great. 15 mins from the airport. 5 mins walk to the Tengah beach. Lots of restaurants close by and directly across the road from the hotel. They provide a buggy that takes you to Tengah but you can also just walk.

The room looked magical. Marble floors, big, spacious and clean. All the essentials were provided in the kitchen: eating utensils, plates, spatula, etc. microwave, even a rice cooker. You just needed to bring the raw food and spices with you, if you wanted to cook there.

Bathrooms were big. One had a shower and the other a bathtub, so it worked for preferences if travelling in a group or with family. It was quiet at night. We didn't hear noise or talking from neighbors.

The swimming pool area was also nice. It wasn't overcrowded when we stayed there, which gave it an exclusive feel. It catered to both kids and adults alike.

The staff were very nice. Shoutout to Farah, who managed guests and gave us great suggestions for sightseeing in Langkawi. Ailan (or Aylan) at the reception desk was also very nice and played with our kid showing her how to feed fish.

Breakfast had both international and Asian cuisines. However, more variety of the latter than the former. But delicious nevertheless

Cons:

The wifi was very spotty in our room. In the living room, it was ok, but in the bedrooms, it would always go in and out.

Breakfast can get repetitive, if you only like western/intl cuisines. The Asian cuisines got changed more frequently.

Lastly, the body lotion, shampoo, conditioner and body wash provided were in very small containers. ..like in one of those trial-version tubes. So if you don't bring yours, you'll probably run out of them after just one use. We brought ours, but just a heads up.
