Wonderful and comfortable, just like home
Pros:

The team were so hospitable especially Mr Santhosh paswan. Very welcoming , polite professional staff . He deserves a raise and promotion for the extra care he’s showing to the guests . We enjoyed our stay . Location is great . Close to airport .

This place is more like a lodge rather a hotel
Pros:

Very basic hotel. All the gadgets were in working conditions

Cons:

Location, lobby, limited menu for breakfast, bathroom size very small and the room size too. This place is more like a lodge. It is not appropriate to say that it is a hotel.

Property didnt provide invoice inspite of asking at the reception and following up multiple times on the booking.com app. Wasnt able to expense it.

A comfortable stay with some minute disappointments
Pros:

The size of the suite is good. The bed is comfortable and generally the cleanliness is fine. HK and FO staff is welcoming.

Cons:

They provide only 1 bottle of water per day per room and mine was a suite (Seriously?). I was asked to pay for additional water bottles.
Towels and bed linen were not cleaned properly.
