Honest review off the place.
Pros:

Everything were great. Price is reasonable especially if you're staying with 2+ ppl. I liked kocation alot. Very nice quiet place. Also kudos for fast and efficent customer service :) theres alot worse places with similqr price . Alot of times i regret staying in turku but this place was actually worth the money. I paid 160 for 2 days 2 person so basically 40euros a night. Overall score 4.2/5 . Thank you for having me! Will definitely book again next time if possible.

Cons:

Mornings were a little cold, battery were pretty cold. But this place got a wood heating stove so it doesn't take long to warm up. No real complaints to be totally honest.

La limpieza, el horno microondas sucio, la limpieza del baño terrible. La nevera tenia comida vencida de huéspedes anteriores vencida.

Good location, nice host, a cozy balcony and exercise equipment, comfortable

Cons:

There was no lock on the shared bathroom door! There was no privacy! I suggest installing some chain, for example, to close the door or adding any sign to show that it's occupied!
No light in the living room and kitchen!

Il minimo indispensabile
Pros:

La casa è silenziosa e vicina al centro, appena sotto c'è un ristorante italiano e anche la stazione dei treni dista appena 15 minuti a piedi.

Cons:

La camera aveva la serratura quasi rotta, nel bagno non ci si può chiudere a chiave e non forniscono neanche un asciugamano.
La camera è molto semplice, pulita, ma non ha neanche uno specchio.
45€ per una notte mi sembrano esagerati!

Très économique mais il faut s'adapter.
Pros:

Spacieux, draps propres, salle de bain ok, parking dans la cour pour un prix très raisonnable. Communication (par mail exclusivement) facile avec le propriétaire. Tarif défiant toute concurrence (et pour cause, voir le retour négatif)

Cons:

Pas de lumière dans la cuisine, ni dans le salon. Le wifi fonctionnait mais n'avait pas de connexion internet... J'ai dû faire un partage de connexion avec mon téléphone mobile. Pas une fourchette dans la cuisine. On sent un appartement équipé à la va vite. Mais rien de grave, on s'est adapté.
