The staff are so bad - it is funny. Like being in a movie

Pas de transats à la piscine (sûrement pour que personne n’y reste)
La lenteur du service au petit déjeuner (prévoir une heure). Pas assez de personnel qui font leur maximum.
Les plages sont payantes (40.- deux transats).
Les pauvres homards en vivier d’eaux troubles
Aucune information sur un transfert bateau depuis le parking (merci à à l’hôtel voisin pour le tip lorsque nous cherchions le Forte Rose)
Les touristes qui passent par l hôtel pour se rendre à la plage.
Le vin au verre vous est refusé car pas dans le système (cependant les bouteilles en évidence dans le frigo)
En conclusion : un sublime écrin qui mériterait d’évoluer avec son temps.

Nepatiko tai, jog maistas labai prastos kokybės, daug riebalų, labai mažai daržovių. Būtina keisti virėją. Taip pat nepatiko, kad viešbučio pliaže, kuriame reikėjo mokėti už gultus neveikė dušas. Taip pat nepatiko, kad visas viešnagės dienas tiesiai prieš mūsų kambario langus iki vėlumos dirbo statybininkai įrenginėdami restorano terasos antrą aukštą, tampė ir virino geležinius strypus ir pan.

Over price for what the hotel offers. Beware of hidden costs and rude and unhelpful staff. Unless you pay for a superior suite, hotel guests are charged 30euros a day for sunbeds on the waterfront. Outrageous! There are no loungers round the small pool forcing you to the paid for loungers in the small quay.
No water is provided in the rooms and are charged 6euos a bottle from the bar. Note you can buy water for one euro from a little supermarket round on the harbour front.
There is non stop dreadful music from speakers all over the hotel and the staff can’t turn it down without permission from the owner.
Nothing can be done without permission from the owner who does not appear to be around but the atmosphere amongst the staff is very negative (with a couple of exceptions such as the receptionist).
Anyone arriving should be aware that the road ends at the opposite side of the pretty harbour. You have to call the hotel to come and collect you by rib or walk around the harbour and carry your bags and in our case baby and pram up steps to access the hotel in the fort.

Sobe pune mrava, jako neudoban krevet. Sobe stare. Naplacuju se gostima hotela lezaljke 40 eur!! Restoran je 2023. God imao lepu kuhinju, sad je hrana bas bezveze a preskupa! Dorucak istao jako opao kvalitet. Sve u svemu veliko razocarenje, zato sto mesto ima puno potencijala.

Sunbeds and umbrela are payable and own are not allowed. Better to be included in the price and then avaulable for free.
Limited brekfast selection.
Although some of the staff are very nice, we experianced lack of profesionalism for some of the positions.
Restorant experiance is beautiful, still prices are high for the meals offering.
Smel from the restorant was very noticable in our room, especially on the balcony.

Aamupala valittiin listalta, mutta sen laatu vaihteli. Toinen kahvikupillinen piti maksaa erikseen. Tarjoilu toimi hitaasti. Musiikkia soitettiin liian kovaa. Yö olisi voinut rauhoittaa.

Lack of empathy at reception, ok at the restaurant however the table service is slow:
Access by car is difficult, especially when you follow Google Maps, which leads to a dangerous road. But the major drawback is that when we called the hotel, they didn't simply tell us to follow the signs for "la plage de Rose » Rose Beach and then you have to walk across the port for about 300 meters. We would have taken a small bag for two nights instead of lugging around with two large bags in 32°C heat. A welcome drink would have been very much appreciated, especially since there was no bottled water in the room.

We booked to stay here for 2 nights in May. 8pm the night before we were due to arrive we had a call to say there had been a fire and they had to cancel our booking.
We were understanding as this was unfortunate and luckily arranged a stay in the Agape hotel in Rose.
Imagine our anger when we walked past the forte rose the next day and saw that rather than a fire you could see it hadn’t been opened yet for the summer and all hotel clearly nowhere ready for any customers!! Still lots of decorating going on!
It then took multiple calls and chasing by booking.com to get a refund!
Avoid this hotel!!!

Rooms have a few problems. Slightly older furniture that could do with an upgrade and air conditioning that causes the room to smell FOUL. Keep the door and windows closed at all times or you will be invaded by bugs! These bugs bite and we were COVERED in bug bites upon leaving.
Privacy concerns, we had a LOT of random people not staying at the hotel peek in or open the gate to the private balcony and hang out on the “private” swim area.
We came slightly before the main season so we got woken up by construction and couldn’t use the private swim area in front of the room because of construction which wasn’t done when we were told it would be.
We had to ask several times for the maid to clean our room and for outside chairs to be set out. Finally I found the maids myself, got more toilet paper myself, and set out the chair myself.
Restaurant wasn’t open and the breakfast was as VERY limited.
The poor staff needs more support, they seemed very under staffed.
