Restoranda yemek fiyatları biraz yüksekti. Odalarda dolap ve su olmaması kötüydü.

Not much at all our room was smallish but who wants to be in your room when the rest of the hotel is so lovely. I also think some a bottle of water in your room on arrival would be a good idea.
Next time I will stay in one of the waterfront rooms I think it would be worth the extra $

they charged me 300 euros for postponing my stay by one day

Da smo momak i djevojka bez bebe, hotel bi nam se vjerovatno dopao… Međutim, sa bebom je sve izazovnije i zahtjevnije, tako da hotel nije zadovoljio naša očekivanja.

Mnogo toga nam se nije dopalo, i smatramo da je cijena precijenjena za nivo usluge koji se pruža.
Hotel nije pogodan za putovanja sa djecom, naročito ne sa bebom. U sobi nemate osnovne stvari - frižider… Tokom ljeta običnu vodu ne možete rashladiti. Mi smo putovali s bebom i to nam je baš bilo neophodno.

Higijena sobe nije na zadovoljavajućem nivou, bilo je prašine svuda i imala sam utisak kao da niko nije danima ušao u tu sobu.

Usluga u restoranu je okej, ali bi mogla biti bolja. Konobari se trude oko gostiju koji svrate tu sa svojih jahti i plovila, a manje oko gostiju koji su smješteni u hotelu. Usluga je bila spora, posebno uzevši u obzir broj konobara koji imate, kao i to da restoran nije bio popunjen. Generalno bi ljubaznost svih zaposlenih mogla biti bolja. Imam utisak da rade stvari čisto reda radi… suprug je posljednjeg dana sam spuštao i iznosio stvari: kolica za bebu, 3 kofera i dodatne ručne prtljage, jer nije mogao prvo da dobije nikog sa recepcije, a kasnije su rekli da mogu tek za 10 min…

Il n'y a pas de frigo dans la chambre mais ce n'est pas gênant, avec la clim il y fait frais. Il faut téléphoner à l'hôtel pour se faire chercher en bateau, bon à savoir à l'avance. Au petit déjeuner il ne faut pas hésiter à demander l'assiette de fruits, du supplément de pain et de boissons, tout cela est inclus mais n'est pas proposé spontanément. Le restaurant pour le soir est un peu cher par rapport à la qualité et quantité proposée. Mais tout cela n'efface pas l'accueil parfait et la félicité ressentie lors de notre séjour de 4 jours sur place.

Restaurant konnte die Erwartungen nicht erfüllen. Offensichtlich war die Küche und der SEvice überfordert, was zu langen Wartezeiten führte - sowohl am Abend als auch beim Frühstück.
Es hat wunderbare Plätze draussen direkt am Wasser. Trotz Reservation und mehreren freien Tischen an bester Lage mussten wir oben gleich beim ersten Tisch Platz nehmen.

Wir wussten nichts von der Möglichkeit mit dem Boot abgeholt zu werden und mussten deshalb mit unserem Gepäck den Weg vom Parkplatz zum Hotel laufen.

Disappointing stay, and above all: beware of the many unadvertised extras.

HOW TO GET THERE
The hotel sits at the far end of the island, so you cannot drive to it. You have to leave your car at the port car park, by the information point. From there, the hotel sends a boat to collect you and your luggage, which saves you dragging your suitcases all the way round on foot. Call them **well in advance**: it took us between 30 and 45 minutes to get through and then wait, standing in full sun in crushing heat with no shade whatsoever. None of this is made clear at the time of booking.

THE ROOMS
Comfort far below what the price suggests. The bed creaked at the slightest movement, and the mattress has more peaks and troughs than the surf in Hawaii, with the sagging imprints of every body that has slept there before you still visibly moulded into it. Sleeping properly really uncomfortable. Housekeeping was done to the bare minimum, and done badly.

THE BEACHES: THE REAL TRAP
The hotel has actually three beaches. Only beach 1 is included in the room rate, and it is unsurprisingly the worst of the three: it faces directly onto the port. Beach 2, by far the most beautiful, is chargeable at €45 per sunbed. Beach 3 (down the car park) is also chargeable, at €30. The issue is not so much the price as the complete absence of information: no signage, no markings, no boundary of any kind. Staff wear the same uniform across all three beaches, and the parasols and sunbeds are strictly identical. You settle in good faith believing you are on the included beach, and you discover the bill afterwards. It is hard to believe this lack of information is accidental.

NO GYM AND NO WELLNESS CENTRE
Contrary to what several websites still advertise, there is no gym and no wellness centre. Do not book on that basis.

BREAKFAST
It is served as a fixed menu, not an open buffet. And most of the time you get only half of what is advertised: no avocado, no salmon, there is always something missing.
