it’s a nice place but it’s need to be improved especially on the bathroom

Muy atentos,el dueño nos dio todas las indicaciones y consejos necesarios. El hotel muy tranquilo y las piscina la teniamos para nosotros solos, buen desayuno,habitacion muy amplia,esta a 10 min en coche de Jgirokastra.

Luxuriöse und geräumige Unterkunft.
Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist im Baustil mit Mamor sehr schön konzipiert. Alle sind sehr freundlich und herzlichst vor Ort. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das beste die große Barista Kaffeemaschine. Hier wird sehr leckerer Kaffee vom Hotel auf Wunsch zubereitet. Der Pool bietet für heiße Sommertage die wohlende Abkühlung. Die Zimmer sind mit einer starken Klimaanlage ausgestattet, um heiße Sommertage zu überstehen.

El Nacional Hotel is a beautiful and peaceful place just a short drive from Gjirokastër. The spacious, spotless rooms have balconies overlooking stunning nature, and the enormous pool with beautiful daybeds is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with everything you could wish for, and the whole hotel has a wonderful Latin American atmosphere. A special thank you to the lovely women taking care of breakfast and the rooms—they were so warm and wonderful, as was the entire friendly staff. A truly memorable stay!

Wir haben nicht das gebuchte Zimmer bekommen. Gebucht war Familien Zimmer wo die Kinder separates Zimmer hatten sollen. Gekriegt haben wir 4 Betzimmer. Da und hier nicht fertige sahen im Zimmer. Klimaanlage war sehr laut.

Pros:

The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was good compared to other Albanian hotels. It was nice that there was a pool. You could see that they were making an effort to get the hotel back in shape.

Cons:

We recommend that the owners take good care of the upkeep so they can enjoy it for longer. Blue feet are a bit odd ;

An excellent stay
Pros:

The location, the large parking area, the spotless rooms, the excellent and friendly service, and especially the swimming pool, which was perfect during the summer. The restaurant recommendation was also fantastic. We even ate something similar to the Spanish buñuelos for breakfast!

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little not to like. Everything was clean, comfortable and well taken care of.

Ruime, schone kamers met verbeterpunten voor onderhoud en service

Pluspunten
Kamers: De kamers zijn erg ruim en worden goed schoon gehouden.
Zwembad: Het zwembadwater zelf was prima en schoon.
Aandachtspunten
Onderhoud & Geur: Het hotel maakt een verouderde indruk. In de kamer hing een sterke schimmelgeur. Ook rond het zwembad was er achterstallig onderhoud te zien (groene aanslag langs de randen) en hing er soms een afvalgeur.
Service & Communicatie: Het contact met de receptie verliep erg wisselvallig. De receptionist kon het ene moment heel vriendelijk zijn, maar liet op andere momenten passief-agressief non-verbaal gedrag zien. Daarnaast is het Engels van het personeel erg beperkt, wat de communicatie lastig maakt.
