Bellissima struttura non distante da Gjirokaster!
Pros:

La gentilezza del proprietario, la presenza della piscina e l'ottima colazione inclusa nel prezzo. Parcheggio e confort della stanza anche se ci è capitata una stanza con qualche problemino. Ma siamo restati solo una notte quindi nulla di rilevante.

מקלחת ללא מקלחון. המים הרטיבו את כל רצפת המקלחת והאסלה ונוצרה שלולית גדולה במקלחת. דלת המקלחת לא נסגרה. חדר השינה ללא תאורה. נמלים ברצפה. בחדר הילדים המקרר לא עבד.

La ubicación está perfecta si estás de camino, pero está localizado en mitad de la carretera sin nada más alrededor que una gasolinera. Es un hotel sólo de paso. La piscina se veía bien pero no la utilizamos. La cama fue muy cómoda, pero el baño necesita una gran reforma, estaba limpio pero MUY viejo y anticuado. El desayuno fue correcto, un poco justo y muy simple.

Une expérience très décevante, principalement à cause de l’attitude du gérant.

Dès notre arrivée, l’accueil a été particulièrement froid : un simple signe de la main pour nous indiquer où nous arrêter dans le hall, sans sourire ni véritable échange.

Au moment du paiement, nous avons souhaité régler par carte bancaire. Le gérant a refusé en évoquant des frais de change ou de commission. Nous lui avons pourtant expliqué que cela ne nous posait aucun problème, notre carte ne générant pas de frais pour nous. Il n’a rien voulu entendre. Pire, il a cessé de nous regarder et répondait uniquement par des gestes de la main, comme si notre demande l’agaçait profondément. Son fils a dû intervenir pour traduire. Nous avons finalement payé en espèces, en euros.

Le lendemain matin, même attitude au petit-déjeuner : deux cappuccinos préparés puis posés sur le comptoir, suivis d’un « hé ho » pour nous faire comprendre qu’il fallait venir les chercher.

Nous voyageons régulièrement et nous ne demandons pas un service haut de gamme, simplement un minimum de courtoisie. Ici, nous nous sommes clairement sentis de trop. L’attitude du gérant a été froide, expéditive et franchement désagréable du début à la fin.

C’est dommage, car ce genre de comportement suffit à gâcher complètement l’expérience d’un séjour.

Muy atentos,el dueño nos dio todas las indicaciones y consejos necesarios. El hotel muy tranquilo y las piscina la teniamos para nosotros solos, buen desayuno,habitacion muy amplia,esta a 10 min en coche de Jgirokastra.

Pros:

Dieses Hotel ist im Baustil mit Mamor sehr schön konzipiert. Alle sind sehr freundlich und herzlichst vor Ort. Das Frühstück ist sehr reichhaltig und das beste die große Barista Kaffeemaschine. Hier wird sehr leckerer Kaffee vom Hotel auf Wunsch zubereitet. Der Pool bietet für heiße Sommertage die wohlende Abkühlung. Die Zimmer sind mit einer starken Klimaanlage ausgestattet, um heiße Sommertage zu überstehen.

El Nacional Hotel is a beautiful and peaceful place just a short drive from Gjirokastër. The spacious, spotless rooms have balconies overlooking stunning nature, and the enormous pool with beautiful daybeds is perfect for relaxing. The breakfast was absolutely amazing, with everything you could wish for, and the whole hotel has a wonderful Latin American atmosphere. A special thank you to the lovely women taking care of breakfast and the rooms—they were so warm and wonderful, as was the entire friendly staff. A truly memorable stay!
