Près du métro et de commerces
Mal isolé (travaux à côté, on entendait nos voisins de chambres écouter des vidéos, portes qui claquent…)
La douche était vraiment nulle j’ai jamais vu ça c’était super étroit et il n’y avait pas d’eau chaude le premier jour.
Les serviettes étaient tachées et abîmées.

Cet hôtel est très bien placé, transports - commerces et restaurants à proximité. Le personnel est très accueillant et serviable.
La chambre était climatisée.
La chambre que j’ai eu ne correspondait pas aux photos. Elle était très petite, peuou pas d’espace pour circuler dans la chambre : un 9m2 dans le quel on mis une salle d’eau.
The cleaner was very helpful when we couldn't find our room and the front desk staff were nice. The room had airconditioning and was clean. Good location to walk to Seine.
There were renovations going on next door which we hadn't been informed about. We may have still stayed but we would've liked to know. The lift was ancient and felt like it was going to break down at any minute. Our room had a new paint smell and because it was tiny was hard to rid of it. The fridge didn't work and we were relying on it for food items we bought. We asked if the fridge could be exchanged with one from another room and the manager/owner who was odd wouldn't believe us that there was a problem and told us to turn it upside down thinking it was a compressor problem and that would fix it. It was a power problem. Anyway we were offered the use of the hotel fridge. Very weird. We could see there were renovations happening and they were trying. We weren't expecting too much as it was a low rated hotel however we think with different management it could be a good little hotel.

The air-conditioning did not work and the room we had is very small for two.
