Construction noise during the day
Pros:

Hotel staff was nice

Cons:

There is construction next door so you will hear nonstop banging from 7am to 5pm. You won't be able to sleep between those hours.

I wasn’t expecting much for $12, but it was below the minimum expectation
Pros:

Convenient location and very cheap

Cons:

Ants on the bed, dirty floor, stained mattress, broken AC (initially), no cards accepted…
