Zu teuer, für das, was mir geboten wurde

Die Lage war für mich optimal. Das Frühstück war für 8€ angemessen.

Cons:

Das Zimmer war klein, die Möbel abgewohnt, ein fleckiger Vorhang die einzige Verdunklungsmöglichkeit. Keine Ablagemöglichkeiten im Bad. Nachts war es im Hof sehr laut. Für das, was ich bezahlt habe, nicht ausreichend.

Schimmel im Bad, keine Ablagemöglichleiten und keine Handtuchhalter.
Dreckiger Kühlschrank.
Dreckige Wände.
Matratzen einfach nur un bequem.

Minimalistisches Frühstücksbuffett.

Es wird zwar gerade ein neuer Gebäudekomplex gebaut, dies sollte aber kein Grund sein das bestehenden zu vernachlässigen und herunterkommen zu lassen.

Eine wohl konzipierte u. modernisierte Pension mit ausgezeichnetem Preis-Leistungsverhältnis

Das Zimmer ist für Kurzaufenthalte von der Größe her geeignet und verfügt über eine Spüle mit Kühlschrank. Von der Straße abgewandt und durch nahen Baumbestand aufgelockert, vermittelt das Zimmer eine freundliche, offene Atmosphäre. In ca, 6 Minuten ist der Zugang zum ÖPNV - hier U-Bahnstation Kaiserdamm - möglich.

Cons:

Bei der TV-Benutzung ist die gezielte Sendersuche ohne eine ausliegende Liste etwas langatmig.
