Pros:

although the outside of building looks old the accommodation is very Moden

The room had a smashed window with duct tape on the break with a hole in it, could hear outside, also the tv remote was dodgy and hardly worked, the outside of the rooms in the hallways also has many lights out and it actually smells

Most enjoyable stay thank you!
Pros:

Great pub downstairs, fantastic live music. Close to public transportation. Always comfortable and well-presented rooms!

Cons:

I get the no keys but having to put in codes is a bit of a pain, esp to go back and forth to shared bathroom - all good though you just have to be careful not to forget your code.

No sleep and very dirty
Pros:

The staff was very nice and helpful

Cons:

It smells extremely strongly of bleach, there was mould in the bathroom in multiple places, the room tiny with no fridge and complementary milk just sitting out on the bench, and I’m pretty sure there was bed bugs as me and my sister were very throughout the stay

Great place for a short stay and excellent location for bus transport.
Pros:

Close proximity to a function I was attending at the Gladstone Bowling Club Monday night, decided to book another night as there was an event at the Native Rose on Tuesday night. Bus stop located outside the Native Rose Hotel vicinity - a big plus which was very convenient. A great variety of menu choices available and live music. Very friendly and helpful staff. No breakfast available but a cafe located just in the next building past the small park area.

Cons:

No parking at the Native Rose otherwise not a problem as I found parking in Evans St, just around the corner. There is also parking in Prince Street. You can also get there by bus No. 442 from Sydney CBD.

It was clean & even though the bathrooms were shared it was very nice
Pros:

It was convenient for the location of an event we were attending close by

Cons:

The broken window that was taped up but still had a hole in it as the chunk of glass had fallen out onto the awning
