Pros:

Reviewing on behalf of my daughter who i booked the break for. She said: excellent, clean, comfy beds, the owners listened to pre visit request for parking and knew who they were before she arrived. All round excellent hotel and stay. Close to beach, quiet end of skeg. Really enjoyed their stay

Very pleasant stay, exceeded all expectations, highly recommended and would use again.
Pros:

Well appointed, super clean guest house. Friendly, personable host, who was busy however took time to answer all enquires about local area.

My experience to this property
Pros:

It was ground floor, also it had en-suite
It had a car park
Also it wasn't in the town centre part

Cons:

It needed a fridge in the bedroom as warm water on a hot day doesn't taste good.
Also needed a fan, as very uncomfortable in the room, bed uncomfortable too, should give other options instead of duvet and cover.
Also carpet had bits over it had to wear sandals when walking in bedroom.
If you wanted breakfast it had an extra cost
So not good value

Ivernia Hotel Stay Skegness
Pros:

I loved everything about this hidden gem, the owner was so warm and friendly and couldnt do enough for you, great value for money, quiet, beach only 5 mins away and 10 mins to the front, superb location; breakfast was out of this world, i will be back and i will be recommending this beautuful lodge.

Unfortunate!

Cons:

The owner. It’s a remote area and the signals were patchy. I was driving from london and hence arrived at the property 1 am. Had paid for 2 nights in advance and ofcourse understandably the owner didn’t allow for a late check in. But when I called her next morning 8am so that I could use the room for second night, she said my room has been given to someone else. I asked for a 1 night refund which she has refused because she has been charged by booking.com.
1 am check in is understandably my fault but second night refund could have been processed especially when she confirmed that the room was allocated to someone else.

everything was perfect, the room was lovely and clean, breakfast was beautiful, Nichola goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome. Location is perfect too just 5 mins walk to the centre
