Fabulous B&B
Pros:

Lovely stay in the Ivernia Hotel. Friendly and helpful host. Spotlessly clean, everything thought of to make the stay an enjoyable one and a lovely outdoor shaded seating area. Tea and coffee in plentiful supply.
The Ivernia is a short walk to the beach and town with easy access to transport links via train and bus. Regular bus service to other beach resorts too. Wished I could have stayed longer but will definitely return to this guest house next time I visit Skegness.

overall excellent stay if i was being picky the sink in the bath is a little on the small side but it was a narrow bathroom

exceptional would recommend highly without hesitation to friends
Pros:

staff were very accomodating and nothing was a problem for them. The rooms were excellent with plenty of tea and coffee in th room en suite was exceptional and very clean with plenty of towels. the bed was comfortable and the room was very airy. Breakfast was exceptional with plenty of choice

Cons:

slight problem with parking but this is down to the local council and not the hotel

10/10 - hosts, breakfast, grounds, location & Nichola!
Pros:

We had a fantastic stay! The property is incredibly modern, spotless, and finished to a very high standard. Our room had everything we needed and more, and the bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night’s sleep. The well-stocked tea and coffee station, complete with hot chocolate and delicious biscuits, was a lovely touch. Housekeeping serviced the room daily, and everything was kept immaculate.

The breakfast was an easy 10/10. The breakfast room is cosy, welcoming, and beautifully presented, with an excellent selection of continental options, quality juices, fresh milk, and plenty of choice.

The hosts truly made our stay exceptional. They were so friendly, attentive, and welcoming throughout, creating a warm, homely atmosphere while still providing the luxury feel of a boutique hotel. Although it’s a family-run B&B, it has the comfort and standards of a high-end hotel. Nichola was especially amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel at home.

We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, comfortable, and luxurious stay.

Perfect seaside hotel
Pros:

The most perfect hotel for our weekend getaway.
The twin room i booked was spotless, it had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was just a few minutes walk to the sea front.
Absolutley lovely hosts that made us feel so welcome.
We are definatley booking this place again next.
