Room was excellent size and amenities
The bathroom was excellent

No cafe/restaurant facilities on site, altjpugh plenty of options within easy walking distance
It was well located, close to shops, restaurants, and waterfront, where you could see the penguins.it was close to the main port but was fascinating to watch the incoming and outgoing ships and movements on the docks. Parking was minimal, but there was parking on the street outside. The staff was very friendly and the rooms were modern, comfortable and well presented and would love to stay again. The parking was the only down side
The hotel was great at allowing us to relax with all the amenities. The check-in was extremely quick. The room was large.

The lady at reception was lovely. The room was clean, comfortable and had all the facilities/ appliances we needed. The view was great.
Everything was wonderful.
Beautiful clean facilities and quiet rooms. The location is central to walks around the City even to the little penguins along the boardwalk in the evening. Rooms do look over the shipping docks but that was also really interesting to watch too. We got some helpful tips from the lovely warm receptionist too on places to visit locally. Highly recommend!

The floor tiles in the showers are very slippery and it was hard to try to not slip over so I had to use a towel to stand on when in the shower to feel safe.
