Die Unterkunft war ok, kein Fenster im
Zimmer Klimaanlage hat krass gestunken. Der Mitarbeiter am Abend war superfreundlich super hilfsbereit. Der Mann ist Weltklasse

A nice hotel in a quiet yet convenient location
Pros:

The location is great. Close to a tram station, several bus stops and close proximity to the Old Town, mall and busy spots. In a quiet area of town. Friendly and helpful staff. A powerful hot shower which made it nice to feel refreshed.

Cons:

Thin walls so toilet flushes and showers and some loud conversations from nearby rooms can be heard which caused some disruption to sleep. Some aspects of the room showed aging. Window high up and left open on arrival.

Wonderful hospitality and friendly staff
Pros:

A wonderful stay made truly memorable by the exceptional hospitality and kindness of the two incredible gentlemen on staff. They went on and beyond with all the arrangements, including the taxi and additional towels and water.

Cons:

One area that could be be improved is the breakfast experience. As our tours started at 7:00 AM and breakfast was normally served at 8:00 AM, we arranged in advance with several staff members to receive an earlier breakfast each morning. While we appreciated the effort to provide packed breakfasts, they were quite basic compared to the breakfast served in the hotel, which looked excellent. We honestly would not have minded receiving some of the same items - or even leftovers from the regular breakfast. On our final day, no breakfast was provided, and even having a coffee available would have been greatly appreciated. We understand that early departures can make breakfast arrangements more challenging, but a more consistent solution for guests leaving before breakfast hours would make the experience even better.

Cons:

Está a medias, desayuno muy mejorable.
Limpieza de la habitación a medias, seguramente porque están en obras. La nevera no funcionaba.

Great staff and breakfast but don't expect to sleep.
Pros:

The staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful and went out of their way to make us comfortable.
The breakfast was very nice and provided with a smile.
The beds were uncomfortable and we had no sleep thanks to other guests crashing around above and next to us until 1.30am ... so much for the sound proofing!

Cons:

The never ending racket coming from surrounding rooms. The very low and uncomfortable beds.
