Pros:

Location was good and within easy access to all places we needed to visit. Room water was replaced daily. Room was spacious.

Cons:

Room was made up and towels were not replaced, we had no towels.
Noise from outside is too loud. You can hear people coming and going at all times if the night and morning, keeping you awake. Toilet paper was not replaced and we ran out of it.

Staff were absolutely lovely. And the location was perfect for where we needed to be.

Cons:

Over all it needs a good reno. I felt like I had to have slippers on in my room as the carpet was dirty and for the same reason I didn’t want to use the couch.

Pros:

Comfortable clean and and quite from traffic a rear thing i found in Melbourne we only staid 1 night was perfect for our needs. All so had good blackout curtains.
Only had contact with receptionist on arrival but was very pleasant.

Cons:

Unfortunately the sauna was not working for our stay. But no big deal I had a hot soak in the spa bath in the room to compensate so all good.

We wouldn't come back

We liked the quiet room. The aircon worked well on heat.

Cons:

There was an awful smell in the room which persisted during our stay. There was extensive mould in the shower. A bath mat was not provided. The breakfast was poor value for $19 each. We had to ask for spreads for our toast. They couldn't even cook us a poached egg. They didn't have gluten-free bread. They had plain cereal without any fruit or nuts or dried fruit.
