* Renovation work is done from 8am to 5pm from 10th July to 9th September. The AC units in all the rooms are being replaced. Please note that the conference rooms, and all superior rooms may be affected by noise.
* We are currently upgrading our elevators. For our guest’s convenience we will do one elevator at a time. Unfortunately there may be some disruptions.

Extremely Disappointing Experience – Cockroaches and Bed Bugs!
Our experience at this hotel was absolutely unacceptable and very disappointing. The initial room we were given was infested with cockroaches, which was already a terrible start to our stay. We expected the hotel to provide a clean, hygienic, and comfortable room, but unfortunately, that was not the case.
To make matters even worse, after being moved to another room, we discovered that the second room had bed bugs as well! Having to deal with cockroaches in one room and bed bugs in another is simply unacceptable for any hotel.
Cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum in the hospitality industry. Guests pay for accommodation expecting a safe, clean, and comfortable environment, not to worry about pests in their rooms.
This experience was extremely unpleasant and completely ruined our stay. The fact that we encountered pest problems in two separate rooms raises serious concerns about the hotel’s cleanliness, housekeeping standards, and pest control measures.
I would strongly advise management to take this matter seriously, arrange professional pest control, and thoroughly inspect all rooms to ensure other guests do not experience the same situation.
Based on our experience, I cannot recommend this hotel. Definitely not the standard of accommodation any paying guest should have to accept.

My food was either delivered to the wrong table or forgotten on 2 occasions. Room service said I didnt give them a room number when I ordered, when I called them after waiting an hour. Ask for floors 4 or higher as they will be quieter.
The room was spacious, but no outdoor area
Pool is essentially in a car park - needs better surroundings (fencing/plants) to make it a more pleasant place. Restraurant very bright and cold (harsh lights and strong aircon).
The hotel was close to where I was working and clean.
I had a room with an adjoining door which meant it was quite noisy. A face cloth in the bathroom would have been good. The air conditioner was old and noisy and not very effective. Considering the room rate compared to other hotels I have stayed at in Suva I don't think it was particularly good value for money.
