Clean. Helpful staff.

Cons:

Not much to do around the area. Although there were a good amount of restaurants in the area.
Some staff entered my room without knocking. When I confronted them they just walked away.

Gutes, modernes Standardhotel für einen Zwischenaufenthalt
Pros:

Noch weitgehend neues Hotel, Lage in einem Aussenviertel, aber mit vielfältiger Auswahl an kleinen Läden, Cafés und z. T. sehr guten Restaurants; moderne, gepflegte Zimmer, schönes Bad. Gutes Preisverhältnis.

Cons:

Zimmerreinigung nur auf Anforderung, kein Frühstück (bis auf eine Wasserstation). Frühstück gibt es zwar in einigen Cafés in der Nähe (eines liegt gegenüber), aber nicht vor 10.00 Uhr.
Auto- und Motorradlärm ist bis Spätabends ziemlich hoch, Bett war sehr unbequem.

NICE LITTLE NEW HOTEL IN TAWAU.
Pros:

Excellent location, clean, friendly staff.

Cons:

The Booking.com price is higher than the Hotel Walk in rate. We are paying extra RM122.88 for two rooms and 2 night stay.

OK for an overnight stay while transiting, not if you want to spend multiple days in Tawau.
Pros:

Clean bed and bathroom, good for a short stay.

Cons:

No in-hotel dining. Even for breakfast we had to venture out.

One of the top choices for short stay in Tawau.
Pros:

Its still new, all facilities are still in good shape, room is comfy, staff are friendly and accommodating. Strategic location.

Cons:

Very limited parking spaces.
