Recomendable, aunque hay que mejorar cositas
Pros:

El piso está en una zona céntrica de la ciudad, buen acceso a todo, tanto andando como en transporte público, metro en la misma puerta.
Cerradura inteligente, comodísima.
El piso está muy bien, es verdad que tiene algunos desperfectos que estaría bien arreglarlos y ponerle algo más de menaje de cocina, pero lo recomiendo .

Cons:

La hora de entrada y salida, podría ser un poco más amplia.
Cuando llegamos, no pudimos entrar hasta las 15,00h en punto, y cuando fuimos a entrar todavía lo estaban limpiando, tuvimos que esperar a que terminaran, eso debería de estar un poco mejor organizado.
Y repito, daría mejor imagen arreglar los desperfectos que tiene ya el piso, pero en general lo recomiendo.

Guten Lage, aber in die Jahre gekommen
Pros:

Die Lage war super. Wir konnten alles zu Fuß ab laufen und hatten auch die U-Bahn vor der Türe.
Der Zugang ist über ein Keypad geregelt,.wodurch wir auch getrennt in die Wohnung konnten, ohne die Schlüssel teilen zu müssen.

Cons:

Leider war bei uns die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, was bei 33°C nicht wirklich angenehm war. Wir konnten zwar über nächtliches Lüften die Temperatur senken und durch Beschattung gut kühl halten, es war jedoch unangenehm.

Leider hat die Wohnung auch schon mehrere Wasserschäden gehabt und es wurde nicht wirklich etwas getan.

Es fehlte auch an Gläsern, die Kaffee Maschine hatte keine Kanne mehr, die Duschtüre fehlte.

Man hätte dies alles sicherlich schon länger beheben können. Die Bilder sind leider nicht auf dem neuesten Stand.

Pourrait être mieux encore
Pros:

L’emplacement idéal

Cons:

Appartement sympa mais manque de soin un peu partout , manque une porte de douche , pas de torchons vaisselle ni produit vaisselle pas de savon main , portes qui ne ferment pas bien … dommage car l’appart pourrait être encore bien plus agréable . Et aucune réaction du propriétaire pourrait être ces différents soucis ..

Goede locatie en fijn terras, inchecken was ook goed geregeld.

Cons:

Badkamer verouderd en had onderhoud nodig, keuken had onderhoud nodig, kastjes waren kapot.

The view and the beds!

Cons:

The apartment is in need of tlc, upon arrival found the boiler not working. They did send somebody out that night to fix which was fine, water pressure affected by others in the building, first night after the boiler fixed the pressure dropped. The apartment is full of scuffs, cracked tiles, damage on bathroom sink drawers. Also wouldn't have guessed a cleaner has been. Dust everywhere, attached photo. For 3 days shopping we put up with it but id be dissapointed if I paid the higher price over a weekend and had to stay longer.

La cuisine n'est pas bien équipée, manque d'ustensiles de cuisine, toute petite poêle, cafetière qui ne fonctionne pas bien, tiroirs qui ferment mal, pas de torchons de vaisselle ni d'égouttoire, pas de tire bouchon

Ubicacion cercana a metro.

Cons:

Uno de los dormitorios era muy pequeño y no tenía ventilación de ningún tipo. Tampoco habia cosas elementales como rollo de cocina, lavavajillas, esponja para lavar los platos.
