Pros:

Exceptional Stay. Property is well maintained and has brilliant staff who are always looking out for you. Centrally located with access to all amenities. Serve a great breakfast and a lovely weekend brunch

Great property, comfortable stay, full value for money
Pros:

Fantastic property, good location, clean & spacious, good staff, value for money , breakfast options good but could increase options for hot items

Cons:

Power keeps going intermittently off but comes back in 30 secs.

Comfortable for the one night but expected better food and staff proficiency at this room rate.
Pros:

Two separate ACs for the outer room and inner bedroom was a great convenience to monitor the cooling.
Room service was prompt both for food and mechanical issues
Cleanliness was good
Bed mattress was firm although a little high

Cons:

Breakfast had variety but taste and arrangements were average.
Bathroom was small with an even smaller shower cabin. And the shower panel was poorly maintained with water pouring from shower and tap simultaneously
Furnishings like sofa cover were not of good quality compared to the room rate.
Furniture was wooden and we'll polished but too heavy for the space size

Room on 1st floor with balcony, the balcony was facing the parking lot of another building, people could literally look inside our room, it was also on the side of the properties parking so drivers could look into our balcony at all times. The front door of the room was above the reception/ front desk, continuous noise and disturbances

Spacious, helpful place for extended visit with kids. Pool and kitchen did not live up to expectations.
Pros:

Spacious, quiet, small playground for kids, and games room. Restaurant manager was very kind and helpful.

Cons:

Swimming pool was not available (appeared to be open but the water was cold and not cleaned). We had a suite which was spacious but lacking in supplies (sufficient cutlery and crockery, cleaning supplies, etc) to be really helpful. Check in staff slow to arrange second key. Also we had requested a crib weeks before our stay, which was confirmed, but it wasn’t there when we checked in and we had to ask them a couple of tines before it was supplied.

Pros:

We are from Australia, it was amazing, the breakfast buffet was a good mix of Western and Indian, staff bent over backwards to help and make us feel welcome, the pool is great for a swim and to lie around in.
