Important information:

All reservations must be guaranteed with a valid Credit Card: Visa, Master Card, Diners Club or American Express. As a guarantee of the reservation, the hotel could apply a withholding -not a charge- 10 days prior to the check-in corresponding to the first night of stay plus tax. Foreigners not resident in Chili are exempt from taxes. This retention will only be effective in case the person does not show up or cancels his / her stay outside the established period. The retention is released once the passenger arrives at the hotel.

Use of the Gym: The minimum age to enter the gym facilities is 14 years old. In such cases, the minor must have the express written authorization of whoever has representation and/or guardianship of the minor and must always be accompanied by an adult who is responsible for him/her at all times.
Use of the SPA is for people over 18 years of age.

LOCAL TAX LAW
Based on local tax laws, all Chilean citizens and resident foreigners must pay an additional fee (IVA) of 19%.

Foreign tourists: to be exempt from this 19% additional fee (IVA) the payment must be made in US dollars and a copy of the immigration card and passport must be presented. The passenger won’t be exempt from this fee when paying in local currency. In case of no show the invoice will be billed in local currency, including this additional fee (IVA).

A child up to 8 years old is allowed to share a bed with their parents.

Use of the SPA is only for those over 18 years of age. Use of the SPA's Heated Pool requires prior reservation.Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Varias veces me he hospedado acá y la ubicacion es lo mejor! Las vistas al lago y la cercania de este es maravilloso. Tambien la ubicacion, en que podemos hacer todo caminando. En cuano al depto, muy bueno en espacio, para nuestro grupo.

Cons:

Lo mas malo que han hecho, quitar el techo a la piscina que es temperada, lo peor!!!! No se podia usar, ya que el viento y frío al salir, nos impedia usar la piscina. Una lastima, al ir con niños en tiempos que son fríos. Grave error, ojala lo solucionen.

Ineficiente la atención de recepción. No solucionaron nada. La calefacción de la habitación no funcionaba la radio de la habitación prendía sola. Llameé y fui presencial a recepción y ninguna solución. Estaba con mi esposo y mi hijo de 6 años y la solución que dieron de la calefacción es que se prendía o se apagaba

Fui a pedir hielo al bar y me dijeron que no podían dame la facilidad de darme “ tenía que llevar yo un vaso” para que me conviden un poco de hielo

Estadía del terror

Lo único rescatable la limpieza de las sábanas y las toallas

Hubo una fiesta durante la noche la cual duró hasta después de las 4 am, se escuchaba todo despertó a mi hijo de 8 años, no permitió tener un descanso agradable nadie nos advirtió que iba a haber una fiesta en el momento de reservar y que iba a hacer afuera del balcón de la habitación. Además me llamaron y me dijeron que debía cambiar el vehículo del lugar donde estaba estacionado porque osino quizás le podría pasar algo (lo sentí como una amenaza, cómo que si le pasaba algo no se hacían responsables). Además el estado de la habitación para el costo es bastante deplorable. Casi como una película de terror. El olor al ingresar a la habitación de encierro, por fuera lleno de arañas junto con los marcos de las ventanas. El papel mural roto, mobiliario antiguo. No te puedes bañar no hay suficiente presión de agua además de que el soporte de la ducha se encontraba malo por lo que la ducha solo quedaba mirando a la pared. Etc. Tengo el vídeo de como se escuchaba el ruido en la habitación a las 4 am. Y la foto de las habitaciones del terror que no permite cargar. Además del ruido, cuando reserve en las políticas sale que no se puede hacer ruido entre las 23 y 07 am, que contradictorio con lo que ellos mismos ejecutan.

Muy mala mantencion del lugar. Edificio en deterioro , telas de araña, departamento con lpoeza muy básica. Mi marido se corto el dedo con un vidrio que había en la alfombra.
Te dan una tarjeta que dice: servicio a la habitación con un número de teléfono, pero llamas y no realizan el servicio.

muchas cosas, la piscina no muy temperada , falta mucha mantención, dependencias viejas , muy caro para la calidad que ofrece , muebles viejos sin mantención , la cocina con lo mínimo . Sin nada de cortesía . lo mas malo de todo el check in super tarde 17 hrs , y el check out 11 hrs ( pésimo ), por relación calidad precio no lo recomiendo en lo absoluto. Su restaurant carta muy acotada y cara. en resumen una nota 4 es mucho para lo que ofrece , solo rescatable la ubicación.
