Ideal location for Kew Gardens and metro stations
Im sorry to say the 2 days we were there was the hottest day in the uk , so the room was very very hot even with the widow open and then we heard the early morning planes coming in otherwise good , 1 thing possibly a small shelf in the shower area for soaps etc
The position was excellent for us for transport to Kew and access to the gardens. Clean and comfortable. Very helpful staff at the cafe next door. Useful fridge and tea and coffee making
We had the ground floor annex which was fine but slightly dark and a but damp without easy windows to open. Mouse from aircraft and road but were not used to that . But it was fine.
Location and the excellent staff, great food as well
As we had an early departure we couldn’t do breakfast, but they looked great and we will return to try them. We really enjoyed our stay, and wish it could have been longer.
All great! There wasn’t anything we didn’t like
Couldn’t get coffee machine to work
Friendly staff were always helpful. Nice accomodation above a lovely olde world tearoom. All facilities you need and lovely comfortable bed.
Only drawback was the fact it is on the landing flight path for Heathrow. Not a problem overnight but flights start early morning.
It was spacious, clean and well equipped
The shower could do with an update of power. Also perhaps a tad more natural lighting from the windows would be nice
Great location, walking distance from station, bus stops right outside.
Great having the tea shop downstairs for breakfast
We stayed in room 5 and although there was a mirror in the bathroom there wasn’t one in the bedroom so it was impossible to blow dry your hair or check your clothes.
Small niggle as eco else was excellent
It was as comfortable and self contained.
Shower was very small access.
The room was a really good size , v quiet ( for London ) , had tea and coffee , fab bathroom with walk in shower . Heating really good and controllable . Really convenient to Kew Gardens ( opposite) and the tube station . Good for London generally . On top of that the price was terrific . Free overnight street Car parking around the corner .
Nothing .
