En mycket besviken vistelse

Tyvärr levde hotellet inte alls upp till förväntningarna. Rummet var inte ordentligt städat vid ankomst, och man kunde tydligt se både damm och smuts på flera ställen. Det gav ett väldigt dåligt första intryck.

Under hela vistelsen var det dessutom mycket oljud – både från korridorerna och utifrån – vilket gjorde det svårt att koppla av eller sova ordentligt. Trots att jag påpekade detta fick jag ingen hjälp.

Det som gjorde upplevelsen ännu sämre var att personalen verkade helt obrydd. De visade inget intresse för att lösa problemen och gav ett oprofessionellt bemötande.

Sammanfattningsvis kan jag tyvärr inte rekommendera detta hotell. Jag hoppas att de tar till sig kritiken och förbättrar både renlighet och service.

Unfortunately, my stay was disappointing. The room smelled of smoke and the sheets were worn out. The breakfast was limited and expensive. I hope the hotel can make improvements for future guests

Nice place for a short stay if you are stopping over in Marmaris.
Pros:

In a great location and the rooms decent enough sizing for two people. Pool as a great bonus to have after a day at the beach.

Cons:

They tried to make us pay to use the air conditioning in our room, however I argued against it because cause it states in the description it is included. Also the beds were not comfortable at all.

Excelente relación precio-calidad.
Pros:

Las camas eran cómodas, el aire acondicionado era potente, cómodo, limpio, personal muy amable que nos asistió rápidamente con un tema del baño.
Cuenta con ascensor, se puede estacionar en la calle y ofrecen 10% de descuento en el restaurante.

Cons:

El baño era un poco pequeño para el tamaño del dpto. A considerar: en el departamento que nos alojamos, la habitación pequeña no tenía aire… por si la persona sufre de calor

Fine for a quick visit
Pros:

Rooms were spacious and decent price for a quick visit to Marmaris

Cons:

We were put in different bed configurations than what we specifically booked, which felt hard to sort with staff. Aircon wasn’t very effective. Was far away from the old town, but if that doesn’t bother you, then it’s a good cheap option

Pros:

Great location with everything nearby, and the owner was attentive in resolving issues quickly, which we really appreciated.

A few things could be improved though – the taxi arranged by the hotel wasn’t great (45 minutes late, no apology, very slow drive with an unnecessary stop).

On arrival, the electrics kept tripping, one balcony door had no lock (fixed quickly), and the air conditioners weren’t very effective so the room stayed uncomfortably warm at night.

Overall, not a bad stay thanks to the location and helpful owner, but a few of these issues could be managed more proactively to make the experience much better.

Cons:

We had to pay 19£ for the air conditioning to be turned on in our room! This was not mentioned when we booked on booking and the hotel did not inform us before.
Towels are only changed every 3 days. Our total trip was 4 days so we had to ask for new towels.
The room is not cleaned daily, only the garbage is removed.
The kettle was not clean when we checked in and we had to ask for it to be changed.
The reception lady is not polite.

Вкусная кухня в ресторане, но шведский стол на завтрак очень скудный. Лучше на эту же стоимость взять там же тосты.
Рядом магазин со всем необходимым.
В городе хорошие пляжи, тёплое море, отличный шопинг

Один ключ даже на большие номера с 3мя спальнями
Если вас нет в номере, то и электричества там нет
Гаджеты можно зарядить на баре по просьбе
Возле бассейна розеток нет
