Don’t waste your time trying to relax, not happening. If you’re only coming to party, this is your spot.

The pool was nice. The restaurant had a good selection.

Cons:

The music was absurdly loud until midnight on Thursday and until 4:00am on Friday night. Forget about sleeping and listening to the ocean. Once the restaurant closes there nowhere to get anything to drink or eat. Plan ahead. They did sanding and painting with an air compressor until 1:00am on Thursday night directly under our balcony. Toilet barely flushed. Shower would not drain. Stood ankle deep in water by the end. NO HOT WATER!!!

Huge waves, great company, poppin music, amazing food, and Fantastic friendly service with pep in their step.
Pros:

Small bit mighty!! Great staff. Very attentive. Close to hospital and tienda for water and medicine.

Cons:

Our tv was old.. wouldn't connect to our Netflix for 9 day

Pros:

A good place if you want to relax during the day and participate in different activities in the evening. From Thursday to Sunday is best for activities. 4 members of the entire staff were friendly and nice. They are the only reason I don't give a lower score. The rest lack customer service training (some from Restaurant, and a member from the front desk).

Cons:

It seems that breakfast included is not their norm. I would suggest providing a different color bracelet or something, because you almost feel like you have to beg for your breakfast when those are actually included in the first place. Very annoying. The cleaning was not the best. Not close to good. The sick had some weird spots that I would rather not describe. I had to ask to have it cleaned up. And I found a cockroach slowly walking near the bed. Not a good sign.

Disappointing experience - very loud with disrespectful staff
Pros:

Nice pool and nightclub.

Cons:

The loud music ended at 2am and the workers started making noise at 6am. They were very rude to me when I politely asked them to stop using the leafblowe directly below my room at 6am.
They also charged me $25 to replace a $1 key that I lost. Not good customer service for a return customer.
