Pros:

Este hotel nos surpreendeu muito positivamente! As instalações são novas, tudo estava extremamente limpo, o quarto era confortável e muito bem cuidado. O atendimento foi excelente, com uma equipe muito atenciosa e prestativa. O ambiente é tranquilo, ideal para descansar, e a localização também é muito boa. Recomendo de olhos fechados e voltaria a me hospedar aqui!

La atención! Muy amables todos. Nos tocó habitación 18, nos quedamos 2 días, el primero cuando ingresamos había olor a encierro Pero luego se ventilo y quedó bastante bien. La habitación es súper amplia y cómoda la cama y almohadas. Dejan toallas limpias shampoo acondicionador y jabón. El desayuno bien 8/10 relación precio-calidad, te lo sirven no se elige uno solo. Calefacción 10/10.

Pros:

La amabilidad de los dueños, muy atentos. La ubicación del hotel es muy buena.

Cons:

El desayuno bueno, nada excepcional, quizá una mejor presentación ayudaría a la experiencia. Creo que le falta un toque mas moderno a ese sector. A pesar que todo es limpio, el aroma a lavandina de las toallas y sabanas muy fuerte, no es muy agradable

que la tv de la habitacion no era smart, tenia cable pero no pack de futbol codificado, hoy en dia a la gente que se queda en un hotel a descansar si les gusta el futbol deben poder verlo! tuvimos q salir de la habitacion hacia un bar del centro para ver un partido
