Me encantó la ubicación, nos quedamos 4 noches y decidimos quedarnos una más, estábamos super amañados. las habitaciones super cómodas. El desayuno lo tomamos incluido en el hospedaje y muy rico y balanceado. La higiene qué manejan es alta. Alla siempre huele muy rico. La atención al cliente es muy buena. Realmente es de esos lugares que te sientes tan cómodo qué no quieres salir.

Todo estuvo muy bueno, impecable él lugar y eso sé valora mucho, muy colorido y muy bonito lugar , muy amable él staff de recepción y muy tranquilo , gracias por todo.

Cons:

Quizás hacia algo dé ruido en las areas comunes, habian otros huéspedes ruidosos muy tarde con mucha bulla pero no es algo del hotel un comentario para mejorar con otros Guest.

Clean and fine but expensive for what it is. Pool was very dirty

The staff, first guy was really nice but the lady on reception in the morning was so rude, forced me to pay twice even though I’d paid on line. She was stupid and didn’t know what she was doing and ruined my stay, was so rude and disrespectful and I now hate that hotel because of her. Didn’t listen to me at all. Stupid person

Buena ubicación, instalaciones en buen estado, cama cómoda, en general espacios muy bonitos.

Cons:

Debe mejorar la atención al cliente. Aunque existe una buena disposición, no basta solo con mantener hermoso el hotel; también es fundamental capacitar al personal para brindar una experiencia cálida, profesional y de calidad.

Refrescante y se siente una paz increíble.
