Het was erg warm en er was geen airco .stond ook nergens aangegeven dat dat er niet was. Als je kamer 7 hebt dan valt er niet te slapen

ontbijt werd er niet geserveerd maar dat was geen probleem op het vrijthof 8 minuten lopen werd er een prima ontbijt geserveerd bij restaurant metropole echt in het centrum gelegen hotel
personeel was uiterst vriendelijk en behulpzaam

de hygiëne, er lag nog toiletpapier in de wc pot de wastafels waren niet helemaal schoon, en bij de gordijnen was het ook niet helemaal schoon,
en het viel tegen dat wij zelf er niet op hadden gelet dat er in dit hotel geen lift was

Schone kamers en vriendelijk personeel. We zijn goed op de hoogte gehouden van de regels en de mogelijkheden.

Cons:

Bed ligt redelijk comfortabel. Voor een kort verblijf is dat goed. Er is geen ontbijt maar wel koffie op de kamer.

Het hotel ligt in een leuke oude wijk in Maastricht, dichtbij alles. Er is veel kunst en in de, ruime, kamer waren vintage design meubelen, wat een heel eigen sfeer geeft. Inchecken was zonder receptie, maar door goede communicatie verliep dat prima. Ook de parkeerplaats was goed geregeld. Bij uitcheck wel contact met de zeer vriendelijke eigenaar

Je moet veel stijle trappen op naar de kamer, dus beter niet teveel bagage bij je hebben.

Stilles Hotel in fabelhafter Lage

Wirklich toll: Die Kommunikation im Vorfeld, die Möglichkeit des late check-in selbst in Abwesenheit eines Empfangs, natürlich auch die Lage: denn nicht nur erreicht man alles innerhalb der Innenstadt in wenigen Minuten - vielmehr ist es rund um das Hotel einfach still. Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter muss man ebenfalls hervorheben. Zur Ausstattung: Mein Zimmer hatte alles, was man braucht - komfortables Bett, Fön, Nespressomaschine.

Cons:

Man sollte beachten, dass die oberen Zimmer nur über eine recht steile Treppe zu erreichen sind - hat mich selbst nicht gestört...
