Es gab keine Ladestation, Personal war gar nicht hilfsbereit

Die Lage war gut

Cons:

Die Eigenschaften der Unterkunft stimmen mit Booking nicht überein. Der einzige Grund, dass wir diese Unterkunft gewählt haben war die Ladestation, die in Booking stand. Als wir ankamen hieß es, dass die Ladestation seit Dezember nicht funktioniert. Keiner war lösungsorientiert und als ich danach gefragt habe, ob wir wenigstens eine Verlängerungskabel bekommen und von irgendwo aus dann auch wenn langsam aber trotzdem laden können, hieß es auch wieder nein. Weder haben sie seit 5-6 Monaten die Ladestation repariert noch von Booking diese Eigenschaft korrigiert…

Un bon choix a La Fortuna
Pros:

Les 2 réceptionnistes, Natalia et Khristal sont absoluments géniales. Elles nous ont aidé a organiser notre séjour, nos transports et tout.
La cuisine est super pratique et très bien équipée. Ce fut notre chambre la plus confortable et propre du séjour. Il y a plusiueurs restos a proximité et 2 petites epiceries.

Cons:

Le manque d'insonorisation (on entend les voisins tousser) mais sinon, pas grand chose. C'était vraiment bien!

Fijne en nette uitvalsbasis om alles rondom Arenal te verkennen

Ligging, zwembad, aankleding van het hele hotel, keuze bij ontbijt, vriendelijk personeel

Cons:

Tip: een paar ligstoelen aan het zwembad erbij zou fijn zijn. Je gaat natuurlijk niet naar Costa Rica om de hele dag aan het zwembad te liggen, maar na een paar uur wandelen even relaxen is soms wel zo fijn en dan is slechts 2 ligbedden voor ong. 10 kamers een beetje weinig.

Alles - Lage / Personal / Ausstattung / sauberer kleiner Pool mit sehr gepflegten Garten. Das ganze wird ergänzt durch eine gemeinsame, tgl. gereinigte Küche (incl sauberen Kühlschrank). Hinzu kommen noch 2 schöne Lobbies zum verweilen. Das beste ist die zu Haus gehörende Pizzeria +++
