Great place and really good value- highly recommend!
Pros:

Delicious breakfast with great, child friendly choices, super friendly and helpful staff. We watched Kolibris in the yard around the pool and a big plus was the free laundry service!

Cons:

The room was a little dark and the a/c was quite loud.

Wunderschöne Oase - Natur - Flair - Sauberkeit - Entspannung und Service im Einklang
Pros:

Es war einfach eine sehr schöne Anlage. Besonders gefiel mir diese zusätzliche Gemeinschaftsküche, die jeder nutzen konnte und die Möglichkeit abends in einer Lounge in der Mitte der Anlage den Abend zu genießen. Außerdem ein Riesenpluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit kostenlos eine Waschmaschine nutzen zu können für die eigene Wäsche zwischendurch.
Diese große Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals möchte ich absolut betonen. In dieser Atmosphäre kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen und auch mit einer Familie einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt genießen.

Lovely stay and just what we needed to kickoff our stay in Costa Rica
Pros:

The hotel grounds are really beautiful. Each room is creatively decorated. The ambiance was very relaxing and peaceful. My kids enjoyed the pool and board games provided by the hotel. I especially loved the free laundry facilities and the delicious breakfast. We plan to return in the future.

Pros:

J'ai beaucoup aimé le restaurant et la chambre. Les pizzas sont très bonnes et la chambre est confortable. En plus, l'utilisation de la machine à laver et du sèche-linge est gratuite.

El mejor hotel de Arenal
Pros:

El hotel cumple con lo necesario e incluso ofrece cosas que otros no como el tema de la lavadora y el refri comunal para guardar cosas. El servicio y ayuda que proporciono Kendal es de lo mejor y todo el personal en general son unas excelentes personas. Regresare solo por su deliciosa natilla y la ubachuva que daban en el desayuno.

We had a wonderful stay in La Fortuna.
Pros:

The location is excellent, with easy access to all the main nature activities in the area. The room was very comfortable, the pool was great, and we also appreciated having access to a shared kitchen and laundry facilities.

The breakfast was excellent. Although it is not a buffet, there were several options available and everything was freshly prepared and delicious. Breakfast is served in the restaurant that is part of the hotel, where you can also have lunch or dinner.

What really made our stay special, however, was the staff. Every member of the team was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and efficient. They were always ready to help and made us feel genuinely cared for throughout our stay.

We felt very comfortable here and would happily stay again. Highly recommended.

- schöner Pool und tolle Aussicht auf den Vulkan
- viele Tiere im Garten gesehen
- man kann umsonst seine Wäsche waschen
- Wasserspender
- sehr freundlich beim Check in
- Frühstück im italienischen Restaurant nebenan sehr lecker

- nur zwei Liegen am Pool
- Zimmer roch modrig
- Badezimmer hat keine Decke und keine richtige tür, eher unangenehm
- Internet im Zimmer sehr schlecht
- sehr Laute Straße ab 5 Uhr morgens
