Buen hotel
Pros:

El personal muy atento.
La chica que nos atendió en el desayuno fue súper agradable y atenta. Da gusto encontrase con gente así.

Everything was perfect! Christal was a wonderful staff! Her hospitality was just amazing. We enjoyed breakfast every morning:) authentic atmosphere!

Stay here, look no further.
Pros:

We chose it for the location, pool, and price. It was beyond what we expected. The location was great - just outside of La fortuna but within easy driving distance, with shops and restaurants a walk away. The hotel was laid out really well, with a cute little pool, free laundry facilities, and a communal kitchen. The breakfast was fantastic. The souvenir shop was the best in La fortuna and prices were more reasonable than in La fortuna. The staff were absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. We loved our stay here and would go back there in a heartbeat.

Prima hotel
Pros:

Prima hotel. Prijs-kwaliteit was goed in verhouding. De gezamenlijke ruimtes zijn fijn en geeft je meer ruimte en comfort.

Cons:

Ontbijt was tamelijk weinig. Onze puber zoon had er niet genoeg aan. Extra ontbijt was $5 terwijl een paar stukjes brood ook prima was. (Ontbijt is niet in buffet vorm)

Une de nos meilleures adresses.
Pros:

L’hôtel donne sur la rue principale mais à l’intérieur on se sent ailleurs. Très belle cuisine commune à proximité de la piscine. Le personnel est vraiment très sympathique. Autre plus, l’accès à un lave-linge et séchoir!!!

Fantastic staff and outstanding breakfast!
Pros:

We loved staying here! The staff were so helpful and friendly. The room was great - clean with aircon. The shared kitchen and laundry were also really useful. We loved the pool! The breakfast was outstanding - the best we had in Costa Rica. The location of the hotel is also great - secure parking and then a short walk to loads of good restaurants.

Cons:

Nothing - we loved it.

Un endroit pratique pour les excursions au volcan

Nous avions 2 chambres et 2 salles de bain ce qui était pratique pour un voyage familial.

Cons:

Le parking était beaucoup trop petit. Nous avons été obligé de laisser le véhicule la nuit sur la chaussée

Ein absoluter Wohlfühlort

Es war wieder eine wunderbare Erfahrung. Wir waren schon zum zweiten Mal da und wir kommen sicher noch öfter. Tolles, herzliches Personal, alles außergewöhnlich sauber, schöner Pool, leckeres Frühstück, gratis Waschmaschine und Trockner-Benutzung. Familienfreundlich. Eine Oase inmitten eines riesigen Angebots an Outdoormöglichkeiten. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. Auch die zugehörige Pizzeria ist super. Es gibt auch eine Gemeinschaftsküche und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten.

L’espace cuisine et salon et piscine avec vue sur volcan

Our perfect stay in La Fortuna
Pros:

We repeatedly stay at Arte Natura as it has everything we need. It is quiet but you can walk to some of the restaurants in the village; it has a little pool, a washing mashine and dryer you can use and a common kitchen where you can keep your drinks cool. We like the italian restaurant Vagabondo, where they also serve breakfast; there is secure parking and the staff is nice. All we need and we will be back soon!

Great place and really good value- highly recommend!
Pros:

Delicious breakfast with great, child friendly choices, super friendly and helpful staff. We watched Kolibris in the yard around the pool and a big plus was the free laundry service!

Cons:

The room was a little dark and the a/c was quite loud.

Wunderschöne Oase - Natur - Flair - Sauberkeit - Entspannung und Service im Einklang
Pros:

Es war einfach eine sehr schöne Anlage. Besonders gefiel mir diese zusätzliche Gemeinschaftsküche, die jeder nutzen konnte und die Möglichkeit abends in einer Lounge in der Mitte der Anlage den Abend zu genießen. Außerdem ein Riesenpluspunkt ist die Möglichkeit kostenlos eine Waschmaschine nutzen zu können für die eigene Wäsche zwischendurch.
Diese große Hilfsbereitschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals möchte ich absolut betonen. In dieser Atmosphäre kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen und auch mit einer Familie einen sehr entspannten Aufenthalt genießen.
