Pros:

Great location and very helpful staff. Unfortunately the hotels ‘design’ is its downfall. There is quite literally a hole in the bedroom wall which opens to a balcony, meaning you can hear every sounds from outside, including the current building works next door. The room was incredible hot as the cold air from the aircon escapes through the open balcony. I believe this wouldn’t be such a problem if the hotel was transparent about this to customers before arriving to the hotel, instead they say nothing about the noise and leave earplugs at the bedside…

Worst place I ever stayed in
Cons:

Extremely loud, no privacy your windows are straight on the road, they promised me refund for extra night that they didn’t stay there because it was too noisy and they never refunded me.

Este hotel me estafo porque en ninguna parte aclaran que a travez de booking solo cobran una parte de la reservacion. Al llegar al hotel en la recepcion me dijeron que faltaban $3,5000 mxn (aproximadamente 170 usd) pendientes por pagar y no tuve otra opcion que pagarlos. Les recomiendo que revisen bien el costo para que no les ocurra lo mismo.

Mucho ruido
Pros:

No incluye desayuno, pero la ubicación es perfecta. Prácticamente uno sale del hotel y ya está en la calle principal con restaurantes, bares y tiendas. A un poco más caminandp está la playa.

Cons:

El ruido. El hotel no está diseñado para mitigar el ruido de las motos. Deberían hacer algo al respecto.

Gran hotel con excelente ubicación.
Pros:

La relación precio calidad de las instalaciones es inmejorable; además los trabajadores del hotel muy atentos por lo que siempre se preocuparán por tu experiencia y comodidad.

Cons:

La iluminación de las habitaciones es muy tenue por lo que puede afectar la experiencia de algunos usuarios.
El segundo punto que podrían mejorar es el tema del ruido exterior. Al tener un concepto de habitación "abierta", el ruido exterior por el tránsito de vehículos, animales y trabajadores de obra hacen que las madrugadas/mañanas sean difíciles de continuar con el sueño.
