A localização é ótima.

Cons:

1) O quarto não era o apresentado no anuncio;
2) Muita mosca, mosca de banheiro lotado;
3) TV não funcionou;
4) O banheiro com cheiro de esgoto, sem box (alagava tudo);
5) Quando retornávamos da rua o cheiro ruim no quarto, vindo do banheiro era muito forte, quase insuportável.

Hello. Regarding my booking No. [2014], the hotel violated the payment terms. The booking stated card payment, but the staff refused to accept my card and demanded cash.Due to this, I had to overpay exactly 20 USD above the confirmed booking price. Furthermore, the room did not match the photos.I kindly request a refund of my overpayment of 20 USD caused by the hotel's unfair practices.

Холл и комнаты были вроде приятные

Cons:

Персонал нас обманул на 20 евро. На сайте было все оплачено на 6 человек, когда мы пришли нам сказали доплатить еще сверху 20 евро, потому что не хватало комнат. В комнате были муравьи, не было ножей, было жарко, кондиционера не было. Розеток мало было для зарядки. Можно на многое глаза закрыть, но вообщем отель не очень. Благо мы хоть молодые и большой компанией заехали, было весело, но если вы действительно хотите отдохнуть на срок более 2 дней, стоит поискать что-нибудь получше)

меня обманули, я забронировала номер за полную предоплату, затем мне написали что номера все заняты и не вернули мне деньги

Cons:

I was deceived. I booked a room with a full prepayment, then they told me that all the rooms were occupied and didn't refund my money. 😤

Very unpleasant. Ruined our entire holiday. Very dirty. No running water.
Pros:

Absolutely nothing! Complete scam.

Cons:

Very dirty location, no fundamental facilities being offered.
We were not informed prior to check in that we had no running water.
Complete scam, we were moved to different rooms.
Very dirty, yellow sheets instead of white.
They re refusing to retrieve our money back !
