Pros:

Vista bellissima, posto per rilassarsi con vista mare, suono della natura e profumo di mare. La signora delle pulizie ha sempre fatto trovare tutto pulito, gentilissima. Reception disponibile per eventuali esigenze di fare colazione 10 minuti prima dell’orario normale, camerieri bravissimi, gentili e simpatici. Per arrivare alla spiaggia di Sant’Andrea si può prendere la navetta dell’hotel gratuita che passa ogni ora circa, altrimenti come abbiamo fatto noi si va a piedi 1 km circa di discesa all’andata e salita al ritorno, una buona scusa per fare movimento 💪🏼😊 I bus per spostarsi all’isola sono sempre in orario e passano circa ogni ora.

ein wundervoller Kurauenthalt, fühle mich verjüngt und gut erholt.
Pros:

Eine paradiesische Gartenanlage mit Blick übers Meer und traumhafte Sonnenuntergänge.
Es ist ein Familienbetrieb und ich fühlte mich sehr wohl hier, alle waren ausgesprochen freundlich und zuvorkommend.
Das war Essen ausgezeichnet und das Frühstück sehr liebevoll hergerichtet und auf der Terasse mit Blick aufs Meer. Unbeschreiblich schön.

relax, mare stupendo e buon cibo.
Pros:

la struttura è bellissima, una vista meravigliosa, personale disponibile e gentile, abbiamo mangiato molto bene e siamo stati divinamente...ritorneremo sicuramente...da qui uno scorcio dell'Elba davvero unico.

Okay stay, with some issues. The hotel resolved some of them, upon complaint.
Pros:

The views to the ocean is beautiful.

Cons:

Beds are not so comfortable, pillow was hard, mattress too. Breakfast was below average in quality. Staff behavior varied from excellent people to others who were borderline unprofessional, for example waiters talking very loud and playing with each other during breakfast. There is a formal, distant attitude in general, but then those behaviors become a weird contrast. The hotel is also pushy for you to have dinner there.
