Pros:

Meine Kids liebten den Pool. Sehr freundliches Personal. Sogar die Wäsche wurde uns gewaschen /gebügelt etc. Nicht mal 100 bhat = 2.50 Euro. Sehr tolle Lage . Alles zu erreichen was man will.

This hotel is a disgrace
Cons:

Absolutely terrible hotel.

The security is a joke. There was a prostitute giving her service in the swimming pool and security did absolutely nothing about it.

We stayed for 4 nights and didn't get room service once. When we complained, we were told we had to ask for housekeeping. Nobody told us that when we checked in.

We were given one towel for the entire 4-night stay. We also had no toilet paper and had to keep going to reception to ask for more, and they would only give us one roll at a time.

To top it off, they kept our deposit because there was a little bit of dirt on a towel. Absolutely ridiculous.

The staff were fine, but the female manager with the long hair was rude, unprofessional, and a complete disgrace. She clearly has no idea how to treat paying guests.

I would never stay here again and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Pros:

La posizione, la gentilezza e disponibilità dello staff. La camera spaziosa. Nella doccia dosatori di shampoo e sapone doccia che io pero non ho usato perché ho i miei. Il rapporto qualità prezzo. Se vi aspettate un hotel a 5 stelle andate in un hotel a 5 stelle

L’aria condizionata che arrivava proprio sul letto e passavo tutta la notte ad accendere e spegnere

Pros:

It wasn’t too expensive but that was reflected in the condition

Cons:

The smell in the room was gross, very damp/wet dog smell. The bed was rock solid, not comfortable at all. It’s cheap to stay but you can see why.

Apart from the shower, I enjoyed my day here.
Pros:

I liked the location

Cons:

Didn’t like the shower. Not good water pressure and not always hot.
You can’t stand the shower as the bracket is too close to the corner of the wall so it needs to hold the showerhead in your hand to shower.
