Pros:

Fui dos primeiros hóspedes após a reabertura e, para meu espanto, parecia que o hotel nunca tinha fechado. Contudo é completamente outro hotel, com instalações modernas, elegantes e um design nunca visto. Ultra luxo . 10 de 10

O staff foi irrepreensível, sempre atento, simpático e disponível para ajudar. O restaurante também superou as expectativas, com excelente comida e um serviço de grande qualidade.

Uma excelente experiência. Sem dúvida, o único hotel de referência em Nacala.

Estadia super esplêndida.
Pros:

Os quartos são espaçosos, o staff e muito profissional educado e estao sempre prontos para ajudar e comunicam bem.

Acredito que devam melhorar o assunto das TVs mas ainda assim não apaga a qualidade do hotel

Burla.
Pros:

Não localizamos o hotel ou melhor não existe. Existe um hotel Plaza mas encontra-se em obras e fechada. Foi uma decepção. Aconselho a Booking a prestar atenção estas situações para não cair no descrédito. Tivemos que nos hospedar num outro hotel. Indico.

Pros:

Clean, spacious rooms and friendly staff. Fitness room a bonus. Swimming pool was lovely. Food was good.

Cons:

Wifi reception was quite a mission in my room and doing online meetings was a mission. Dinner was pricey. Breakfast on second morning was from a menu which did not really provide a good selection or indication in terms of what one's options are. Could only pay with VISA and did not have a VISA card. Had to run around banks to withdraw cash to settle my bill.

Checking in was tiresome! The staff couldn’t figure out how to locate our Booking confirmation! 30 mins ! Breakfast was ok! Needs more variety! And didn’t serve after 10 am ! Management issue

Pros:

Very beautiful, nice breakfast, comfortable rooms.

Cons:

Our room was next to some sort of machine that made a lot of noise. Not sure if it was a power generator or the external units of air conditioners. Was difficult to get a good night of sleep. Card machines not working. Has to go to an ATM to withdraw money as hotel didn’t offer any other solution
