Location, bed is comfy and clean
- it’s not a 5* at all. Maybe 3*
- the facility is old, floor is stained
- aside from shampoo and body gel, nothing is there in the toilet
- furniture is old and not clean (aside from the bed)
- valet parking is not attentive and was resting inside someone’s car, didn’t have the courtesy to get out of the car and talk to me
- kitchen has different color closets
- view on a destroyed building
- curtains are not for 5* hotel

If you are looking to stay in 2* hotel then this is the right place, but is it worth the money???
Rooms are well maintained both the renovated and the outdated ones. Staff are friendly specially Mahmoud and Loubna. Location is great, 2-minute walk to Raouche rock.
HSK staff enters rooms without knocking, a point for the management to focus on as it relates to general safety.

Die Lage ist sehr gut, in der Nähe von Raosche. Besonders gefreut habe ich mich über das kostenlose Upgrade.
Die Mitarbeiter sind äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Von Anfang an fühlt man sich gut betreut. Bei Problemen sind sie immer erreichbar, melden sich sofort und kümmern sich schnell um eine Lösung.
Auch die Sauberkeit ist sehr gut. Der Zimmerservice erfolgt täglich und die Zimmer werden ordentlich gereinigt.
Insgesamt eine sehr positive Erfahrung. Ich würde das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen!

What really makes the difference is the front desk staff. They’re extremely helpful and they have a great understanding of the guests needs.
The breakfast is not really very diverse and the water is very limited. Bottle water is particularly expensive in Lebanon and you will feel it in the hotel. The facility needs more maintenance: the water in the toilet had no strength for example. Nut generally speaking, it’s very decent.
