Very nice hotel really, everything is beside the hotel like pharmacy, restaurants, supermarkets, fruits store. Staff was very helpful and cooperative.
Special thanks to Mr Tahir, he is very polite & helpful. Also thaks to Ms Saidia.
Breakfast was very nice, kitchen staff is very nice & helpful.
We as a family stayed 5 nights in the hotel and it was amazing stay really.
Thanks to all staff & I highly recommend this hotel

good location, AC worked properly, hotel had all that was needed

Cons:

BUT ants in the room [4th floor, and A LOT], TERRIBLE cleaning service [never did bed, never gave toilet paper, neither shampoo nor shower gel]; moreover, once someone entered my room [!!!]—which means that the room cards are THE SAME for every room
