Abreise halb 6 kein Problem, Frühstücksbox erhalten

Cons:

Klimaanlage hat sich erst nach mehrmaligen ausschalten, ausschalten lassen. Viel zu kalt eingestellt

Die Lage im Gewerbegebiet ist speziell. Aber das Haus punktet selbst mit seinem Charme.

Great choice in the Dolomites!
Pros:

The rooms were spacious and very clean, and the Spa was superb!
The restaurant also great!

Cons:

Nothing really. The only issue was that they only have 2 elevators, which is clearly not enough. In the morning was a nightmare waiting for them.

Front desk was very helpful and understanding.

Cons:

The location pin is incorrect no way its near to the main bus station in the city Centre, infact it's very far in the industrial part of town, very misleading location on the app, bookings.com should definitely look into this

Komfortables Hotel mit ausbaufähigen Kleinigkeiten und schlechten Lage für Touristen

Ehrlich gesagt, war ich enttäuscht bei meiner Ankunft! Das Hotel 🏨und vor allem die Lage (Hauptstraße) hat mich abgeschreckt. Vermutlich ist und bleibt es ein Business -Hotel, (auch ausländische Bus- Reisegruppen) somit ist es nichts für Alleinreisende oder etwa für Familien die einen gemütlichen und ruhigen Urlaudsplatz suchen.Schade das Hotel wird mich nicht mehr als Tourist wiedersehen.Kurz zum Frühstücksbuffet, an den ersten Tagen war es durchaus ausreichend und Abwechslungsreich, doch nach 10 Tagen immer die gleichen Produkte und Angebote sind dann doch für ein 4 Sterne -Haus einfach zu wenig. (abgepackte Wurst....immer der selbe Käse ...und kalte Pancakes.... gehen gar nicht!!!) MfG Markus Kranhold

Leider gibt es auch nicht mehr die freie Bozen Bahn Card.....in diesem Hotel, (für Bus und S-Bahn)welches ich sehr schlecht finde. Man bekommt auch keinen Hinweis im Hotel! Auch das WLAN wird nicht kommuniziert.Sowie Wanderungen und Unternehmungen nicht angeboten werden....(Nicht vom Personal und auch nicht als Flyer.
