Encerrada en el baño 20min a oscuras
Pros:

El desayuno los primeros días de la fiesta del Patrón de la ciudad ( San Joan) después mermó la calidad de lo que ponían con mucha diferencia.

Cons:

Mi madre se quedó encerrada en el cuarto de baño cerca de 20 minutos a oscuras, fue a un baño que le indicó el personal del Hotel... Le dio un ataque de ansiedad al estar encerrada y al estar a oscuras. Estuvo gritando y golpeado la puerta para salir, luego la puerta se abrió sin mas. El baño era sucio y mugriento. Mi madre cree que es el que utiliza el personal del hotel, solo había un váter y dice que era un baño realmente pequeño. Para más inri, el personal Se disculpó y le comento que ya les había pasado con otro cliente. Se ha lesionado la mano y tiene daño en las puntas de los dedos de los pies. La experiencia fue horrible, era su 50 aniversario de boda y ha venido llorando. No entiendo cómo le ponen 5 estrellas a este Hotel. Antes que les pasara éste percance me comentaron por Tel que no era un Hotel de 5 estrellas.

In buona base per visitare porto
Pros:

Nell’insieme un buon hotel a porto.
Fuori dalla zona caotica centrale, ma raggiungibile a piedi con 15 min di passeggio.

Cons:

Colazione ok ma migliorabile.
Nota stonata: la camera aveva un cattivo odore di chiuso e umidità. Peccato!

J'ai adoré le petit déjeuner et le personnel agréable. Bagagiste vraiment serviable.

Sans que je lui demande, il rend service.

La piscine à bord avec la vue super.
Mon bébé pour la première a adoré.

On manque vraiment pas de serviette, changer chaque jour et on en trouve partout, meme au spa qui était vraiment génial.

Cons:

Clim moyen, met du temps a se lancer et fait un peu de bruit.

Chambre un peu sombre mais beaucoup d'éclairage sophistiqué

A friendly, vibrant, attractive city , a good location for a short break, made perfect by a great hotel.
Pros:

Well located hotel, friendly helpful staff, nice lounge facilities, roof bar and swimming pool. Bedrooms comfortable, nice bathrooms.

Pros:

Aan tuinzijde zit een dierentuin met pauwen maken avonds veel herrie.Ontbijt super.Zwembad boven erg klein.Geen bidet en airco stond minimaal op 18.5 had wel 16 mogen zijn want ramen moesten dicht vanwege herrie pauwen.Geen bidet

The roof top pool was amazing

They menu however was lovely with good range of cocktails and mocktails

Cons:

The rooftop bar was under construction and the service provided by "Slowly" bar staff was just as name suggested which was a little disappointing

Pros:

Bardzo miły i przyjazny personel. Hotel z całą gamą udogodnień dla gości. Polecam basen na dachu , może nie jest olimpijski ale w sam raz na relaks w wodzie . Miałem pokój z widokiem na rzekę ( dla mnie bomba) nie wiem jak w innych pokojach. Zwróciłem uwagę również na czystość. Bez zarzutu. Niesamowicie wygodne łóżka. Hotel oferuje transfer z lotniska na swój koszt . Nie korzystałem z restauracji hotelowej( oprócz śniadań) więc nie mogę się wypowiadać. Jeżeli chodzi o śniadania. Czytając komentarze między innymi wybrałem ten hotel z powodu rzekomo królewskich śniadań. ( że niby jajecznica w kilku odsłonach) rzeczywistość jest jednak inna. Śniadania owszem pyszne, codziennie świeże , wszystko w jak najlepszym porządku ale.... w zasadzie codziennie to samo, kuchnia nie robi jajecznicy na świeżo lub omletów. Kawa pozostawia wiele do życzenia. Jak ktoś lubi wypić więcej niż jedną filiżankę do śniadania to polecam od razu zamówić "termos" do stolika bo kawa jest serwowana w kubkach . Brak ekspresu dedykowanego do robienia sobie różnych rodzajów kawy . Brakowało mi tego w hotelu 5 gwiazdkowym. Poza tym polecam . I hotel i Porto. :) Jest jedna z najlepszych przewodniczek po mieście ( Dorota)

Wszystko ok.
Polecam popracowanie nad jajecznicą i zakupem porządnego ekspresu do kawy.
