Simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários, em especial os do restaurante que nos fazem sentir em casa e muito à vontade. A piscina interior é muito agradável e relaxante e a exterior com uma excelente vista.

Cons:

Instalações no geral um pouco antigas, a piscina exterior a partir das 16h fica à sombra e não é tão agradável (as espreguiçadeiras ficam ao sol até as 19-20h). A variedade do pequeno-almoço não é tão grande assim para um hotel de 5*, apesar da boa qualidade da comida

Gutes Hotel für Städtetrip
Pros:

Freundlicher Empfang mit einem Glas Portwein.
Parkplatz im Haus
Frühstücksbuffet gut ausgestattet, auf Wunsch wurden zusätzliche Eierspeisen angeboten.
Bar mal so mal so - eine Flasche Wein fürs Zimmer gekauft und wurde aus Zimmer gebracht, netter Service.
Personal beim Frühstück und im Restaurant sehr freundlich und kompetent.
Rooftopbar mit Pool.
Pool war noch etwas zu kühl.
Rooftopbar war leider nicht immer besetzt.
Betten wurden Abends nochmals gerichtet.
Kaffeemaschine und Wasser auf dem Zimmer wurde täglich nachgefüllt.

Cons:

Bar mal so mal so - der Aperol war stark verbesserungswürdig.
Leider nur eine Kofferablage.
Pool auf dem Rooftop hätte wärmer sein können.

Pros:

Относительно свежий, современный, приятный отель. Хорошие завтраки. Несколько раз ужинали в ресторане. Меню не большое, но все, что пробовали было весьма вкусно приготовлено и из качественных продуктов. Отель Расположен в 15 минутах ходьбы от основных туристических локаций. Напротив отличный парк в котором расположен большой концертный комплекс, что создавало негативный фон пребыванию в отеле из-за постоянного шума от машин, выезжающих с парковки. Дорога проходит вдоль отеля. На территории парка много петухов и павлинов, которые постоянно «поют». В общем беруши необходимы, кто чутко спит. Отель видимо осознает эту ситуацию, что весьма приятно, и беруши сразу присутствовали на прикроватной тумбе)))
К персоналу на рецепции и ресторане замечаний нет.
