Séjour incroyable
Pros:

Personnel juste merveilleux toujours présents pour répondre à nos attentes et sympathique.
Notre séjour s'est très bien passé. C'est de loin le meilleur hôtel dans lequel nous avons séjourné pour nos vacances

EXCELENTE 🩵 no duden en quedarse
Pros:

Habitación impecable, desayunos muy variados, la atención increíble, su terraza maravillosa, a final de tarde unas vistas muy bonitas del río Duero, estuvimos solos y la piscina sola para nosotros en aún atardecer que recordaremos siempre, volveríamos sin duda 🩵

Cons:

No es responsabilidad del hotel, pero la calle enfrente estuvo en remodelación y nos perdimos varias veces por que los taxistas no son muy amables

die organisation könnte vebessert werden,
es ist genügend personal vorhanden, jedoch keine klare zuweisung z.B.für die frühstückstische. Es machen alle alles, aber der gast wartet trotzdem. sollte aber machbar sein!

Séjour parfait
Pros:

L’hôtel était parfait, la chambre est confortable. Le personnel est au petit soin. Des produits de qualité sont proposés au petit déjeuner. On s’y sent très bien.

Cons:

C'est anecdotique, mais le seul bémol est qu'il n'y a pas de poubelle dans la salle de bain.

A good mix of relaxation and activity during our 4 night stay.
Pros:

Modern, clean, spacious rooms. Rooftop pool area was a bonus. Spa are beautiful.

Well appointed hotel with excellent facilities to make your stay memorable.
Pros:

Very well appointed hotel, good facilities, nice roof top pool and bar, and for the one evening we had dinner at the hotel restaurant the food was of a very good quality.

Cons:

Nothing within the confines of the hotel but there was some road works going on outside the front but that was liveable with and will be gone a some point.

Lovely hotel, with many excellent qualities, but the "Patio View" is really no view at all
Pros:

The hotel was very comfortable, and the reception team were professional and friendly. The breakfast was delicious, with an excellent selection of both hot and cold dishes, and pastries. We also used the restaurant for a late night dessert (following a disappointing meal in Porto) and were again very happy with our food. The rooftop pool and bar area were lovely, with wonderful views of Porto. We did order snacks while we were in the rooftop area, but the service was extremely slow.

Cons:

Our rooms overlooked the inner courtyard. This was not at all pleasant as the courtyard is a small, concrete space with absolutely nothing pleasant in it to look at. I was very disappointed as I had booked 2 "Superior Rooms with City or Patio View"; as I was away with my son for my 70th birthday celebrations, I had hoped for better than this when booking what was a very expensive 2 nights.
