Convenient, comfortable and clean
Pros:

The hotel had a spare room for a last minute booking and they had a 24 hour reception, which was a significant improvement on the other places that we had stayed in. They also let us store our bags at no extra cost.

Cons:

We could hear trains passing at night.

Great self contained accommodation near Kyoto Station .
Pros:

Good sized room for Japan, loved the self catering facilities , large refrigerator, hot plate , microwave, crockery & cookware . We were on the ground floor so had a little courtyard area with table and chairs which was lovely . We had trouble the first night connection Netflix to the TV the staff went above and beyond to fix it . 10min walk to Kyoto Station , lots of hole in the wall restaurants , convenient stores and the large shopping mall all within easy walk .Washing Machine and drying for guest use, we didn’t us the drying as the bathroom had a heating function which dried our clothes on trouble at all .

Cons:

Had to move one bed to the side each time we wanted to get to the courtyard but not really a big issue , everything else was good .

l'accès a celui ci et facile. l hôte est serviable et comminique facilement.
l'appartement est propre et très fonctionnel. nous avons passé un bon séjour là-bas

房間乾淨，廚具尚可，位置不錯，服務態度佳，但櫃檯不會一直有人在，聯絡又聯絡不上的等待感覺不好，影響再次入住意願。

位置挺好

Cons:

櫃檯不是一直有人在，等了兩回，撥打電話後都等了10來分鐘，而且櫃檯留的電話不一定會通。

整體而言經濟實惠，工作人員友善
Pros:

地點距離京都車站八条口出來走路約十分鐘，旅館有自助寄放行李的區域並提供附帶密碼鎖的鏈條。
雖然提早抵達，但是工作人員恰好已經把房間整理完所以我們能夠提早一些入住，非常感謝。
房間使用密碼鎖，如果老人家可能需要適應一下，房內空間還算不錯不會感覺太過狹窄。
房間內有冰箱、微波爐、電熱水瓶以及簡易的廚具可以使用，走路6-8分鐘可以到達AEON裡的超市，還算是相當方便，往京都車站的方向也有便利商店可以選擇。
房間前方有近鐵的列車會經過，不過在房間裡面不至於覺得太吵。
4PM以後check-in，10AM之前check-out，需要注意一下時間。

Cons:

不算很大的問題， 不過電視頻道選擇略少。

Pros:

the locations was very favourable - a short walk to the train station and bus stop. Surprisingly in spite of train tracks in the direct vicinity the room was quiet.

Cons:

there was no closet do keep our luggage/clothes and the shape and size of the room didn't allow for a proper way of furniture arragement (ei. a sofa was placed partially in the walkway)

Recommandé pour les familles et proche de la gare pour visiter Kyoto et les alentours
Pros:

Proche de la gare et idéal en famille.
L’appartement dispose de tous les équipements et est confortable.
Proche d’un centre commercial et de pleins de restaurants. Quartier calme et un peu éloigné des touristes, nous sommes ravi de notre séjour de 6 nuits (2 adultes et un enfant).

Cons:

La machine à laver c’est super pratique mais certains jours elle est très sollicitée.

Pros:

Clean and simple apartment. Good standard and definitely good value for money. Nice to have access to a luggage room where you could lock your bags. Convenient and safe.
