UWAGA!!! ZIMNO I WIELE WIĘCEJ UWAG!!!

Obiekt ma jedynie niezłą lokalizację. I to wszystko.

Cons:

Uwaga na ten obiekt!!! ZIMNO, ZIMNO, ZIMNO!!! Zimno w pokoju, szczeliny w oknach, jak wiało na zewnątrz to i w pokoju wiało. Może dobrze że deszcz nie padał, bo i w pokoju by padało. W łazience zimno, brak ciepłej wody, po interwencji w recepcji pojawiła się ciepła woda, ale nie na tyle żeby wziąść prysznic, była letnia. Obsługa na to że jest zimno w pokoju zareagowała przynosząc nam dwa dodatkowe koce i informując nas o możliwości wypożyczenia dodatkowego kaloryfera za 20 soli za noc. TRAGEDIA, żeby w 3 gwiazdkowym obiekcie ktoś coś takiego miał wogule w ofercie. Krany uszkodzone, całą noc lała się woda, która mimo zamknietych drzwi do łazienki nie dawała spać!!! Na zewnątrz pokoju wieczne hałasy innych gości zamykających drzwi. Chyba ściany są z papieru. Słychać przez te sciany rozmowy inych gości. Brak windy, osoby młode poradzą sobie, my mieliśmy pokój na 2 piętrze, a jak trzeba będzie wnieść walizki na 4 piętro.?. Sniadanie na 5 pietrze, po schodach i takich przeżyciach odechciewa się wszystkiego. Obiekt noclegowy zatrzymał się w poprzednim wieku, zero inwestowania w udogodnienia i podwyższenie standardów. Zarezerwowaliśmy 3 noce, po nieprzespanej pierwszej nocy uciekliśmy do innego miejsca. Oddane nam zostały środki za dwie noce w gotówce bez podważenia naszych uwag. NIGDY WIĘCEJ!! Rzetelny opis tego obiektu znajdziecie na Google . Czytajcie, my nie przeczytaliśmy i to są efekty negatywnej opinii.

Las camas estaban cómodas.

No había agua caliente. Se echaba a perder. El WIFI funcionaba muy mal.

La amabilidad de su personal. Realmente muy amables.
El desayuno, incluido en la tarifa, es bastante aceptable.

Cons:

El wi-fi en los pisos superiores es muy malo, casi siempre inexistente.
No hay ascensor.
En la altura, a algunos, les cuesta subir 5 pisos por las escaleras.
Por momentos, hay mucho ruido en los pasillos.

Un hôtel pragmatique, confortable et bien situé
Pros:

Si vous recherchez un hôtel simple, pratique et confortable pour une étape à Cusco, Casa Real Hoteles nous a parfaitement convenu pour une nuit.

La chambre ainsi que la salle de bains étaient spacieuses et propres, le lit confortable, et nous avons apprécié la présence d’un chauffage d’appoint, très agréable compte tenu des températures fraîches.

Que ce soit à l’accueil ou au restaurant, le personnel s’est montré courtois, professionnel et attentionné tout au long de notre séjour.

Cons:

Nous aurions simplement apprécié un peu plus de pression et de débit d’eau dans la douche, mais cela n’a en rien gâché notre séjour.

Great stay!
Pros:

Nelly, the owner of the hotel, is an absolutely wonderful person — very warm, caring, and incredibly helpful. From the very beginning she took great care of us and made sure we had everything we needed. She also helped organize additional tours for us at very good prices and was always available whenever we needed anything.
The location is excellent, and there is also a large supermarket directly across the street, which was very convenient.
Our room was very large, with a very comfortable mattress and plenty of storage space. Very good, fresh breakfast! We also really appreciated being able to leave our large luggage safely stored for two days while we were visiting Machu Picchu.

Cons:

The only small downside was that the room was a bit cold. We asked for an extra blanket and received it immediately. I’m not sure what the weather is like in Cusco over a longer period, but perhaps some heating would make the stay even more comfortable. However, this is only a very minor issue — the place still deserves a 10/10!

Desayuno en un 5 piso sin ascensor. Poco variado y poca cantidad
Camas poco confortables
Hay que comunicar 30minutos antes si vas a tomar una ducha para que enciendan el agua caliente
El servicio de lavanderia cobra el doble que cualquier lavanderia express, tardan 24h y la ropa la devuelven humeda

Personal amable pero no es un 3*

Personal muy amable.
Cambiamos de hotel una noche para ir al valle sagrado y nos guardaron la habitacion

Cons:

Habitaciones extremadamente frias y muy ruidosas (discoteca cerca y se oye el ruido del piso de arriba).
El desayuno escaso en variedad y cantidad, hay que ir temprano.
/!\ servicio de lavandería al doble de precio que el pressing express (que tarda 2h) de la puerta de al lado. El hotel devuelve la ropa aun mojada tras 24h.
