No wifi in on second and third floor.
Cons:

I do not recommend to stay in this hotel especially in the room with shared bathroom as they don’t have wifi (and won’t tell you until you ask). Same for the single room on the third floor, no wifi.

Do not keep any valuables in the room as the room electronic system don’t lock it at all.
Anyone can open the door when you’re outside.

Choose another place for your safety.
