Perfect value for money in the heart of Tirana
Pros:

- Perfect Communication and very supportive
- they stayed awake to let us check in at 3 am due to a late delayed flight
- the room is impeccable, very clean and spacious
- there was courtesy water, coffee, tea
- the location is perfect to visit Tirana, close to the place where the free guided tour start and close to busses that can bring you to the bus terminals to visit the rest of Albania

A great location in a pleasant and safe area. Communication with the owner was excellent and easy in English. His father welcomed us and showed us around the apartment – he was a very kind and friendly gentleman who explained everything clearly. The apartment had everything we needed, it was comfortable, and the balcony was a lovely bonus.

Perfect stay!
Pros:

Everything was good starting from the communication with Constantino. He is extremely responsive. The property is so centrally located. The room is spacious. But the best thing is his parents who live in the other room and are the sweetest people around. Helped with check in. Allowed us to keep luggage in the room late as they didn’t have people coming in the next day. Lovely view from the balcony. It is so homely given I stayed for a week.

Cons:

I wish there was a microwave or a little cooking place.

Очень приветливые и дружелюбные хозяева. Было очень чисто и было всё, чтобы чувствовать себя комфортно. В комнате нас ждала бутылка воды, кофе, чай и даже бананы. Удобная кровать, балкон. Квартира на 5-м этаже, есть лифт. Расположение тоже удобное - 10-12 минут до остановки автобуса в аэропорт.

warm hospitality and accommodating host
Pros:

i have everything i need - a fridge, tv, kettle, coffee machine, clean toilet with toiletries provided!

Cons:

the neighbours (kids) are noisy as the soundproofing is bad, but this is not in the property owner’s control anyway. it wouldn’t make a difference if you will be out the whole day, as they quieten down during the night.
