Pros:

The hotel is in a beautiful location, very well situated, and the surroundings are lovely. The staff were friendly and kind throughout our stay, which we really appreciated.


Overall, it's a beautiful place with lovely staff, but better organisation and attention to housekeeping would make the experience much more enjoyable.

Cons:

The housekeeping and communication could definitely be improved. There were some issues with room cleaning and a lack of coordination, which made things a little frustrating at times.

Hôtel avec une magnifique décoration, chambre climatisée confortable et très jolie, piscine très appréciable, bon petit déjeuner buffet, personnel très accueillant, bar restaurant vélos en prêt et service de blanchisserie très pratiques sur place.
Hôtel bien situé, à quelques pas de Hang Mua, beaucoup de restaurants et bars autour, balades à vélo dans la campagne environnante très appréciable.
Hôtel en cours d'agrandissement.

Relaxed hotel very close to Mua Caves…..so ideal for morning / late afternoon hikes up!! Staff amazingly friendly, rooms nice and breakfast is good. Quiet location, but just what we wanted……but quick access to all the main sights. 10 mins in Grab to Tam Coc and they have bikes they rent out. A few good restaurants nearby and bar area great to chill out in afterwards

Pros:

Nádherné prostředí uprostřed zeleně, strategické umístění - všude jsme to měli blízko, snadné a rychlé půjčení motorky, voňavý a čistý pokoj s výhledem na bazén, bohatý výběr jídel na snídani, velmi ochotný a milý personál, rychlovarná konvice na pokoji, lednička... Všechno bylo perfektní včetně baru a restaurace.

Cons:

Není nic co by se mi nelíbilo.

Todo, la habitación es especialmente grande, una cama súper cómoda que puedes cubrir con una mosquitera gigante.
La zona de la piscina es preciosa, con vistas a alguna de las montañas icónicas de Ninh Binh

Pros:

The property was beautiful and the little pathways to the rooms are super cute. The breakfast is the best I’ve had so far in any of my accommodations in Vietnam. The rooms smelt and looked very clean. It had a regular shower instead of a wet room.

La chambre et le cadre de l’hôtel sont très agréables, l’emplacement est parfait pour visiter Hang Mua, à moins de 5 minutes à pied. Possibilité d’utiliser des vélos de l’hôtel gratuitement. Piscine très agréable avec une vue agréable.

Cons:

En termes de qualité/prix, le restaurant reste à améliorer.
La gestion des paiements du client au check out ne s’est pas bien passé (contacté après le départ car oubli de paiement d’une partie des éléments)

Impeccable et relaxant, facile d’accès pour les Grab
Pros:

Globalement tout, le personnel est très efficace et très aimable. Toujours avec le sourire et nous laisse séjourner a la piscine et utiliser la douche si besoin après le Check out. Un verre de thé délicieux est notamment offert à l’arrivé. En plus du cadre et de l’environnement très propre, les chambres sont très spacieuses. Vraiment juste à 10min à pied de la Mua Cave et 15min en Grab de Tam Coc.

Cons:

Pas vraiment un inconvénient mais il se peut que vous croisiez un petit lézard ou cafard dans votre chambre ce qui est normal vu l’environnement.

- Staff was very kind and welcoming.
- Pool table and foosball were a nice addition for the evening
- Room as lovely and spacious, air-conditioning + fan also brilliant
- Breakfast very abundant and great variety

Cons:

- Bathroom door didn’t close properly.
- Very little soap in bathroom and the little amount present was mostly water.
- Pool areas was beautiful, however water was very murky
- Card payment were 6%, which forced us to pay cash (quite inconvenient)

Một kỳ nghỉ khá tuyệt.
Pros:

Không gian nhiều cây cối rất chill. Không khí trong lành hoà mình vào thiên nhiên. Phòng ốc sạch, khá rộng so với những home ở ninh bình, thoải mái cho cả gia đình 4 người.

Cons:

Vì nhiều cây nên cũng nhiều muỗi, đồ ăn theo khẩu vị thì hơi mặn so với mình.
