Unexpected surprise

Pros:

You cannot beat this location.

Cons:

The private beach in front does not belong to the hotel and there is a hefty daily fee for an umbrella and 2 lounging chairs. The air conditioning unit was old, loud and ineffective...

Overall a good place to stay
Pros:

Excellent Location especially to the beach. The breakfast was very good. The rooms were well air conditioned and clean.

Cons:

The bathroom shower doors were very flimsy. No place to unpack your clothes from your suitcase.

Beautiful shining star by the sea
Pros:

Location, the breakfast is excellent with lots of fresh fruit. Staff was helpful, but most importantly it was like a family! The owners family was there daily, the back patio was wonderful, with all the lovely succulents and of course the beautiful little birds! If I had any maybe the room was a bit less upgraded than our normal but it was comfortable, clean and had a lovely window to the sea. We will be back on our next visit.

Cons:

Our room could have been better appointed. Pillows were a little lumpy. Street was a bit noisy at night from our room.

Great place
Pros:

The staff was excellent! They were helpful and always had a smile on their face! If they gave you advice or directions, they remembered to ask about it later. The hotel itself was in a great location. Beach was right in front. Train station was a 2 minute walk. I would definitely stay again.

Best location for the beach and the train.
Pros:

Location- steps from the train stop and in front of the beach
Room- nice, clean, beautiful terrace
Breakfast- very nice buffet breakfast
Facilities- love the patio for breakfast
Staff- the best, nice, professional, knowledgeable

Cons:

I never received the invoice.
They said they will send it online but I haven’t received it yet.

Beautiful location and beautiful staff!
Pros:

The staff were very hospitable and friendly. They made every effort to make our stay pleasant. The breakfast is terrific. Lots of options ti choose from. The location can’t be beat!

Cons:

The room is small but more than adequate.

Great food. Idyllic surroundings. Fantastic weather. Relaxing and active. Excellent swimming.
Pros:

Customer service is 5 stars! Hotel is wonderfully positioned right across from the beach and close to several restaurants, shops, ice cream and train station. Short walk to the historical town. Room on 3rd floor with balcony overlooking beach was exceptional, clean and comfortable. Buffet Breakfast was delicious with everything you could possibly think of: sweet, salty, hot, cold.

Cons:

There isn’t anything I did not like. I would change anything.

Em frente a praia.
Pros:

A localização para quem quer ficar em frente a praia é a melhor e está a 20 minutos do centro histórico, as instalações, de um modo geral, são muito boas e o café da manhã é excelente, foi o melhor de toda a viagem.

Cons:

O quarto que escolhemos realmente era muito pequeno, pouco espaço para movimentação e quase impossível caberem duas malas médias.
Outro aspecto é que eu fui atingido por uma porta aberta abruptamente por uma funcionária, a ponto de quebrar a película protetora do meu celular que estava no meu bolso, sorte ter batido no braço e na perna e não na cabeça.

Pros:

Amazing location and the breakfasts incredible.

Cons:

My room had a bad smell. I mentioned it to the front desk after checking in they were going have somebody look at it. They did offer to move me to a smaller room, which I declined. I never heard back so I asked at the front desk a couple days later and still never heard anything.

Excellent stay overall, we really enjoyed it and the staff were helpful and friendly!!
Pros:

Breakfast was very convenient and we really enjoyed the variety of options at our villa each morning!

Cons:

Unit 4 by the big rock could use a privacy screen/fence as it’s very visible to the people walking by, it’s make usage of the jacuzzi a bit harder. Thanks
