staff at the reception and breakfast room has a weak command of English and were very slow.
for example I asked for fried eggs over easy I got one boil egg. I had to explain two times.
Housekeeping very slow .we left the hotel at 10 came back at 4 pm the room was not done ,even though
we had do my room sign hanging on the door.

This marks our second stay at your property, and unfortunately, the experience remains underwhelming. There is a clear disconnect between your ambition to be a 5-star resort and the mediocre reality of your service.
The breakfast service is particularly disappointing. Despite the high cost of €45–49 per person, the organization is chaotic. We waited over 20 minutes simply to order a coffee, which is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber.
Dinner service was equally frustrating. Guests were expected to pour their own water, and when we requested assistance, we were frequently told, “This is not my job; please ask my colleague.” This lack of teamwork and initiative reflects poorly on your staff’s training.
Furthermore, our attempts to use the spa were met with poor communication. We booked an appointment three times, only to have the hotel cancel each one. Despite three subsequent rebookings, we ultimately left without securing any appointment.
The bar service was another point of contention. We were charged an additional €5 to add more chocolate to a hot chocolate that was already too weak to be enjoyable. Being charged extra for a product that requires correction to be palatable is a frustrating experience.
Overall, this stay did not meet the standards expected of a 5-star establishment. We hope these comments are taken seriously to improve the guest experience in the future.
Das Design war wunderschön die Lage war auch gut
Die Gardinen auf den Zimmer verdunkeln nicht richtig und das Licht ist auf dem Balkon bis 23h an. Es wird nicht richtig dunkel und morgens sehr früh hell auf dem Zimmer.
Die Situation am Wochenende beim Frühstück ist katastrophal! Man bekommt keinen Tisch und um Punkt halb elf wird ohne ein Kommentar abgeräumt.

Weinig kleren hangers in de kasten. Badkamer 1 zeep voor 2 personen kamer is weining . Geen hangertjes voor de handoekken in de badkamer .
I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly and professional, the rooms were spotless, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would definitely stay here again
