The restaurant is closed on Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. We were turned away on Monday evening as 8.30 was deemed too late to order so we were forced to order from Room Service menu which was sadly lacking. Luckily we were able to make use of the restaurant on Thursday which was delicious but pricey

Un bel emplacement et une belle décoration ne remplace pas un accueil chaleureux et un rapport qualité prix peu satisfai

L'emplacement est très pratique et la vue sur le lac très agréable. Ayant un chien on pourrait faire le tour du lac en promenade pour le chien, c'était très bien..

Cons:

Le manque de sourire et d'accueil du personnel, sauf le portier. Et des prix excessifs.; pour un petit déjeuner à 45 €, le buffet est beau et bon , mais on aimerait un vrai sourire et un peu d'attention de la part du personnel;
Quand on demande 75 € par nuit pour un petit chien, on pourrait peut-être avoir un bol d'eau ou un biscuit pour le chien , comme accueil de la chambre?
Le lit et les oreillers étaient très confortables et la chambre était propre. Dommage que le papier peint se décollait sur un mur.
Les équipements de la salle de bain sont à revoir.; peu de crochets pour les vêtements ou les serviettes, un sèche-cheveux lourds bruyant et inefficace, une place minuscule pour son savon dans la douche,....

Algum funcionário mal educado, no jantar comida fria e a sobremesa derretida, muito tempo de espera as vezes por exemplo no café da manhã. Pelo preço esperava algo melhor .

Ik vond mijn verblijf in het hotel
echt niet prettig. toen ik de bar verliet, ging ik de bloemen filmen. En toen bleef iemand maar vragen naar mijn kamernummer, alsof ik daar niet verbleef . De ober, die me verschillende keer had mijn bedienen de was ook er bij de, bleef diezelfde vraag stellen. Het was een vreselijke ervaring.

Leider fehlt da noch einiges zum 5Sterne Service.
Pros:

Schönes Hotel mit Spa. Neu renoviert.
Gutes Restaurant mit schöner Terrasse.

Cons:

Service schwach, Personal desinteressiert.
Kein Concierge, wir mussten uns alleine um unsere Dinnerreservierungen u.ä. Kümmern. Badezimmer und Dusche ohne Tür. Wc lediglich eine sehr dünne Glastür.

De details konden meer in lijn van de prijs liggen: de gordijnen waren niet helemaal verduisterend, er waren stukjes hout van de deur afgebroken, het licht van het toilet bleef de hele nacht branden, er hing eerst maar 1 badjas, in de welness waren niet veel drinkopties …

Voldeed niet aan de verwachting.
Pros:

Mooi, straalt luxe uit, top materialen.

Cons:

Wellness was ondermaats - er waren zelfs geen badjassen beschikbaar. Voor een hotel van deze standaard en prijs is dit niet acceptabel.
