Near the station and mall
Pros:

Great location across the road from a hyper mall and a short walk to the station. Great breakfast, clean and mostly quiet room. Comfortable beds and a clean bathroom with plenty of hot water. Very good location as compared to other hotels we saw which seemed to be a bit isolated. The walk to the station has the best pathway in the area.

Cons:

Great Google TV, but it runs off the internet which was terrible. And had more channel options than I have ever encountered and they were mostly bad.
So patchy tv and patchy phone internet. Crossing the road to the mall is quite an experience and in a very bad way due to the exceptionally heavy traffic which doesn't like to stop with the motorbikes being deadly. It's possible to walk under the road with a narrow path and risk death there as another option. Minimal noise from the train horns.

Pros:

I liked the room, stylish, and lovley bedding. The staff was amazing, they were friendly and helpful. Even though bathrooms looked a bit rundown, the housekeeping were still good. Maybe the standards need to be higher for that. Aziz the reception staff was very helpful and great communication skills. To be fair all of the staff were welcoming and helpful, consumate professionals.

Cons:

I would have preffered a larger room for the price but maybe thats how much it costs. The bathroom needed more attention in cleaning, i think too many watermark and stains. I think it needs refurbishment or more deep cleaning.

semoga layanan ambience udara segarnya bisa diperbaiki agar tidak bau rokok
Pros:

Makanan = enak tapi variasinya perlu ditambah.
Pool = sangat baik karena air bersih jernih dan anak2 sangat happy.
Playground = anak2 suka banget

Cons:

Kamar = masih bau sisa rokok dan itu sangat mengganggu untuk saya yang membawa anak.
Lorong kamar = masih bau rokok tolong dibersihkan agar tidak bau rokok.

Unpleasant, will never visit Bandung again
Pros:

Hotel room good.

Cons:

The breakfast experience was very poor. The coffee and food were not warm, which made them unpleasant to consume. The menu lacked variety, as the same items were served every day. Considering that many travelers are from Singapore and Malaysia, it would be a great improvement to include more Asian cuisine options. We especially enjoy Indonesian food, and adding these choices would better suit the preferences of many guests and significantly enhance the breakfast experience.
