Pros:

1.住宿地點離北上站東口公車站距離非常近，搭車往花卷機場或夏油高原都非常方便。
2.退房後，大件行李可以寄放在櫃檯，服務非常貼心

とても良い宿です。
Pros:

室内がとても清潔であり、又、朝食がとても美味しかったです。

Cons:

立地上、仕方がないことは承知していますが、
あえて、良くなかった点をあげれば、
同僚と夕飯（飲み）のお店が、反対側に多い為、移動が大変でした。
