Séjour parfait à Bacalar. Le Blue Palm vraiment au top.
Pros:

Endroit très bien situé dans le centre de Bacalar, mais au calme et sans problème de parking. Excellent petit-déjeuner dans la salle du restaurant Mistura, qui est lui même exceptionnel avec des mets originaux et un très bon rapport qualité-prix. Très belles chambres face à la piscine, spacieuses et très confortables. Le propriétaire vient également vous parler, prendre de vos nouvelles, vous suggérer des visites, ... Top comme implication !

Cons:

Prévoir une fontaine à eau potable fraîche pour remplir sa gourde.
Rien à critiquer pour le reste.

Blue palm was absolutely stunning property. It was even more lovely in person than it was in the photos. Every element was perfect. The gardens were gorgeous. The pool was so unique and beautiful. The staff was so friendly. The furniture and design elements in the rooms were beautiful. Honestly, I travel a lot in Mexico. And the Hallmark, by which I will judge all other Mexican boutique hotels.

Cons:

There was not anything that we did not like. We loved it all.

Alojamento de forma geral muito bom. Muito limpo, decoração bonita e ambiente muito tranquilo, todas as pessoas muito acessíveis e simpáticas, piscina bem mantida, pequeno almoço com várias opções e saboroso.

Pros:

De service was erg goed. Het ontbijt was super lekker en heel divers. Het zwembad is heel mooi. Goede bedjes en schoon en overal zitjes gemaakt. De kamers zijn heel schoon en ruim. Overall de sfeer echt heel prettig meteen al als je binnenkomt.
We mochten de fietsen alle dagen gratis meenemen en dat geeft veel vrijheid.

Cons:

De locatie zat niet aan t water maar wij hadden bewust gekozen dat we meer in het stadje wilde zitten.

Pros:

Everything was perfect. We had the best stay! The employees are especially amazing and the owner as well! Lluvia took care of everything for us, she is the best! There was also a very nice employee working at the breakfast restaurant, not sure what his name is but he was working on most days we were there. 100% recommend!

Pros:

Heerlijke oase, stijlvol en dicht bij alles. Eigenaar is zeer attent en behulpzaam. Dankzij hem heerlijk gegeten bij chezunic. Sterwaardig voor paar tientjes.

Sehr netter Besitzer, sehr gutes Frühstück und hohe Sauberkeit. Parkplatz an der Unterkunft.

Cons:

Zimmer Beim Betreten heiss. Klimaanlage benötigt ein paar Stunden, um die aufgeheizten Wände und den Boden zu kühlen.

Super breakfast, pool, staff and walking distance to everything
Pros:

The full breakfast was excellent! The winding long pool with hammocks, lounge chairs and trees made it perfect to relax and seemed more private.
Staff were great at helping us book a tour or give advice.

Cons:

Slight odor came from sink drain, so I just rested a wet washcloth over it.

Le personnel était très sympathique. Il fait tout pour être agréable. Le cadre est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est copieux et très bon. Le restaurant est aussi excellent. Le prix des taxis proposés par l'hôtel est vraiment pas cher.
