Que en Booking me apareció un precio (incluyendo impuestos) pero en el lugar me cobraron algo de 20 soles mas. No es mucho pero pensé que el precio de booking era el definitivo.

Nos hacían dejar la llave siempre que íbamos, cosa que no queríamos. El secador estaba roto. El baño dejaba que desear. Olía a humedad.

Hierbij dien ik een formele klacht in naar aanleiding van meerdere boekingen via uw platform in Lima, Peru, die frauduleus bleken te zijn of niet bestonden. Dit heeft geleid tot ernstige overlast, extra kosten en een onveilige situatie, mede omdat ik reis met een jong kind.

Adres: Huanahani 150, San Isidro, Lima
Bevestigingsnummer: 5153167167
Bij aankomst bleek het appartement niet te bestaan. Na contact kreeg ik een alternatief appartement, maar dit was in zeer slechte staat (wateroverlast in de badkamer) en onbewoonbaar met een kind. Hierdoor waren wij genoodzaakt te vertrekken.

Adres: Malecón Balta 780, Lima
Bevestigingsnummer: 5707212597
Ook deze accommodatie bleek bij aankomst niet te bestaan. Volgens de receptie ter plaatse betreft dit een bekende oplichter. Ik heb hiervan aangifte gedaan bij de politie.

Accommodatie: Modern Recavarren Residence by Geko
Adres: Calle General Recavarren 181, Miraflores
Bevestigingsnummer: 6305636794
Bij aankomst bleek ook deze accommodatie niet beschikbaar te zijn, ondanks bevestiging via uw platform. De aanbieder gaf zelf aan dat er een probleem is met Booking.com en dat het appartement niet verhuurd wordt.

Pros:

I had a good stay here and I would return if I visit Lima again.

Cons:

The hot shower didn't work. It only worked on the day I checked out, unfortunately. Fortunately, it wasn't cold in Lima yet, so it wasn't too cold to shower without a hot shower.
